This is a complete waste of time. I had two orders and both came with no free gifts. I emailed them an was told that the free samples were subject to availability. I am so shocked. With their crazy prices for each csmetic is this the kind of customer service and inventory they manage? If they dont have something in stock how can they promise to sell it to customers. I have returned my order just because of the unsatisfactory customer service. And I will never buy Estee Lauder stuff again. Overpriced stuff not worth a penny.

For one order they said they would send the items but they never sent the samples. So really dissappointed.

Awful customer service. They have run out of stock of the free gift, and there is nothing they can do. Not even a good will gesture.

At least let me know before you dispatch the goods. Incompetent.

Just taken delivery, all items as ordered received, very happy now. Sorry to those who still has issues with order.

This happened to me too, my paid for item and 2 samples arrived but the free exclusive gift set wasn't included, I rang customer services who apologised profusely and have promised to get one sent to me in the post straightway.

Received mine made 2 orders but arrived mixed together with full price items and samples missing. Not a happy bunny

I got mine on Saturday. Decent size samples and you will all love the gift wrapping if you requested that. It's beautiful! Comes in a proper red box with ribbons and stuff

Got money taken from my account and also did the Clinique offer and money taken from it even tho' it says items out of stock when I log in to my orders. Is Estee Lauder and Clinique the same company as the money to both say Farham?

On your order at the bottom right hand side it says details. If you click on that it will show all the free gifts.

Can someone confirm what is shown when you click on your order number, because the freebies aren't showing on mine.

It does at the end...highlights in blue they say they will check if you qualify. Then once you add a password and continue, it automatically adds. If u check your order you may notice , I thinks it's the same as one of the samples- can't remember but it's another blue tube...so you will probably get it with the others
