The codes we're a little hit n miss last time something like this happened. As is I can't even try to send them a pic as my home server is on strike - I can access everything remotely but seeing what each file is is a no go. The image I want is in a folder of 800 odd, all named numerically.

I just did the 2 x 30x20 ones....I uploaded 2 different pics and put in the code and worked.

Once the photo uploads it will give you a list of dimensions that your photo is compatible with....pixel techy stuff etc....I did landscape horizontal pics

discount codes worked for me, I ordered 2 60x40 canvas prints for £23.98. It was coming up with an error with my card details, but I could pay through Paypal and it seems to have been accepted.

Everytime i select 20x30 and upload pic it automatically changes to 20x20 and code wont work

It did that with one of mine because they look at the megapixel resolution or something for what gives the canvas the best effect. I wanted one of mine on a 60 x 40 no joy no matter what I did, it obviously was too big for a good quality image in that size. But hey ho I've picked another photo :smiley:

Add two 30x20 too shopping cart then apply code.

Signed up just to say thank you, ordered 2 of the smaller ones and 2 of the bigger ones, separate transactions- worked both times. Took longer than usual to upload photos but less than five mins each and they were really good quality photos so to be expected. Heat added- thanks!

Tried both at home and work in both Chrome and Safari and i can't get it to accept it. Keeps saying invalid.

That happened to me at first, jamin100, but eventually they worked for me (in Chrome, on Android phone and then tablet). I'm afraid I can't remember what I did to get it to work apart from: start by entering the UK70 code after the first upload, then do the second upload, then clear the UK70 code (don't panic if the total resets), then add one of the codes the OP gave us.

Took a while for Picanova to send their confirmation emails out, but all my orders went through. :smiley:

My email states delivery is 5-7 working days so hopefully arrives before christmas

nope - still can't do it.. Shame as it would have been nice for the kids school photos

Only joking, try contacting their support now, I doubt they would print it straight away,and explain your situation or complain that you accidentally clicked "Confirm" because their website was so god damn slow, causing you to "double" click, perfect excuse as it happened to me a few times, except I didn't pay for it lol.

got confirmation that my order has been shipped. i am not tracking mine....how long did everyones take to arrive after they got confirmation

I ordered mine on the 10th, got an e-mail with a UPS tracking code on the 12th, attempted delivery on the 16th (I was out at work), collected today from my local shop. Have to say that I'm very impressed with the canvas - would definitely order with Picanova again.

mine was shipped via royal mail on the 12th, hoping it'll be here soon as nothing yet!

I received my large canvasses very promptly via UPS, and some smaller ones via Royal Mail a couple of days later. I'm still waiting for some other small ones from Royal Mail but I assume the delay is because they're held up in the Christmas post. Only the large ones are by tracked delivery.

Got mine today, well I say mine, I received an order today , just not my pictures :/ ! Hope they can sort it out. Emailed them.

They look absolutely great, but i'd read that it was inches not cm's, so was a bit shocked when i saw the size :smile:
