Awful service from Emirates if anything goes wrong. Save your money and fly Qatar or another airline. I wish we had. They really don't give a fig.

Avoid this airline. lost my luggage and 12 hour delay, still after 3 years refuse to pay any any compensation, customer service is a disgrace, they are never wrong attitude, please Emirates exit the UK MARKET for good.

I can't see Emirates 10% on nationwide rewards anymore. I was eyeing it up a couple of weeks ago but it ended for me around the last week of Nov. Are they personalised offers perhaps?!

Very disappointing service from Emirates. List of annoyances..

1. They don't turn off lights during flights, even red eye flights so it's difficult to sleep
2. The cabin crew on all 4 of my flights were so vain, slapping on make up, chatting and slamming into cutlery throughout the ENTIRE flight in the galley - all of which made it hard to sleep.
3. Food poisoning after eating the thai green curry
4. Uncomfortably narrow and hard seats on the A380, no probs on the 777 however
5. Not particularly cheap compared to rival airlines. Oh how I wish I paid a little more for Singapore Airlines.

I really struggle to understand this type of post, which suggests that I should ignore the thousands of positive reviews, in favour of the views of one individual who has had a bad experience.

I fly extensively and would take Emirates over any European airline any time. That doesn't mean that there aren't other equally good performers out there. So if you are going to Singapore, have deep pockets and don't mind paying a 50% premium for a direct flight, carry on they are a good airline.

Emirates is one of the best airlines you can go on, Staff werent the best of the flight from Bham to Dubai, they were british slightly overweight and lazy (not being racist or sterotyping), on the journey back it wall totally different, helpful , slimmer european staff. Food was nice on both ocassions though, would i go again YES !! if the price is right and its only 7hrs direct to dubai from bham.

Maybe they were BA cabin crew doing a bit of agency work on the side?

10% scam ...you are better off doing search and will find descent flights far cheaper. .without discount scam ..this is an old airline trick...bur have flown with them and service is excellent. .just the deal claim..
