nasty trick they've pulled they are saying I've been refunded for my missing goods, i never reported it misusing and of course it was value of 0 so no refund just an overpriced lipstick that probably won't ever arrive

Not quite sure what's going on I've now had a reply to an email and my PayPal credited with my lipstick purchase price yet the despatch invoice says it's on the way and not the free gift. Well I've got my money back so no loss either way now, they replied quite quickly mind you I did send an email and posted on the fb page ( where there's quite a fee complaints ) first time I've ordered from them so not too impressed.
