i'd go to your store asap to collect because i've just collected mine and they only gave us the one pack instead of 2. We had to show the website to then get the extra pack! So the store stock information isn't actually accurate.

Just reserved 2 x AAs (32 x AA) and 1 x AAA (16 x AAA) at my local to collect later before going to see SW-TFA at 5:30pm, but I bet they disappear before then.
My local Currys is renowned for keeping the good deals for themselves, family or friends once they realise what they have in their hand during the picking process (i dare say most people here would do the same).
A work colleague went to collect his 55" Samsung TV with a few hundred quid off during Black Friday weekend and it mysteriously disappeared between setting off from home and arriving at the store (3 miles away).:disappointed:
I would go and collect now, but cannot justify a 30 mile round-trip to specially collect these when I'm heading that way anyway around 4pm

For anyone who can't get this if you've got an Ikea near their Alkaslisk batteries are the same capacity as the Duracell Ultras (2600mAh) and cost £1.50 for a pack of 10. And if you've got a Poundland near the Kodak Xtralife can be found in packs of 8 (usually only 6) and their capacity is 2,450mAh which is only 5% less than the Ultra's - it works out much better value. Pretty much twice as good.
o I just went to both Coventry stores and they refused to sell me them at this price. They said head office made an error with the price and they've been told not to sell them. Fuming

Went to Bluewater and the customer service was brilliant. Initially gave me half the amount of batteries. The guy said it looks like there's a glitch on their system as its only reserving one pack per order. He promptly went and got the rest of my batteries. He said he will have to make some phone calls because there's 30 orders and only 13 packs of batteries left!

Just picked up some from Teesside Park. As others have said they tried to give me half the quantity (8 batteries) when their print off clearly shows 2 x packs of 8 so 16 batteries. Used a £10 voucher from P & G (who own Duracell) so my 16 x AAA's and 32 AA's only cost me £2

Selly Oak, Birmingham store refused to honour it and in all honesty refused to listen to me and was adamant what she was saying was the truth and what I was saying was a lie despite me having my click and collect reservation order. Phoned up customer service who clarified that I was right with my order and is now going to try and sort something out for me. missing 2 packs of AA and 2 packs of AAA. Thank you Anthony from customer Service team for checking what the price was BEFORE it was changed. Bad in store customer service from Gail and her colleague at Selly Oak, Birmingham.

Picked my reservations up around 5:30pm
In fact, I had initially only reserved 2 units of Duracell AA Ultra batteries (4 packs) but when I realised just what a great deal this was, I reserved another 2 units, followed by another 2 units a few minutes later. So 6 x units in total, which was 12 packs.
I also tried to reserve 2 units of AAA but it was showing as only 1 available, but reserved that anyway.
Didn't hold out much hope off getting them as I wasn't picking up until a good few hours later and when I did collect, the guy serving got 3 packs of AA and a pack of AAA out from under the desk (which was wrong from the outset anyway), which had me thinking they were going to be difficult on not honour the deal (if indeed it was a misprice).
The guy serving then looked at the screen more closely and realised that each reservation for AAs was for two units.
At the same time, one of his colleagues leaned over and informed him "They're BOGOF by the way".
I didn't have to mutter a word.
He did however get the reservation for the AAAs wrong and gave me a two extra packs, which I hadn't noticed until I got home.
So £28 for:
12 x packs of 8 Duracell Ultra AAs = 25p each
4 x packs of of 8 Duracell Ultra AAAs = 12.5p each
Just checked Amazon and both the AAs and AAAs are around a fiver per pack, so Baarrrrgain!!!!!
Wife will be buzzing until the day she dies!

The staff member I got was confused too, but a more senior member of staff told him that he didn't need to enter any product codes, just press the RECALL button on the till screen to bring up my order, then just take the money. That was useful information for me in the future. Hopefully helpful to others too.
