Did anyone buy Duck Tales? Whats your verdict on it?
Don't really need it and kid has plenty Mario theme games to be playing but the £4.79 price it is still at is sort of pulling me in here like a tractor beam.

Saw IGN's review and the gameplay looked fairly generic so it's not that great of a deal once one removes the nostalgic goggles. The NES game is better still, imo.

Stealth Inc 2 and The Swindle are my recommendations seeing as nobody's mentioned them. Great prices for both - Swindle is like platforming mixed with Splinter Cell and Spelunky - can be a bit glitchy but procedural levels and great tension make up for it. Stealth Inc is less stealth more puzzle-solving but really satisfying.

It's pretty sweet that you can get all these well reviewed Curve Digital games for just £10

Anyone into Sci-Fi and puzzles would probably love 'The Swapper' One of my favourite indies the last few years (up there with 'Limbo' imo). £1.99 for this is a steal!
Also any older gamers who enjoyed 'Another World' back in the 90's (I had the MegaDrive version), may want to check out this HD edition. Played through it a few years back on PC and really enjoyed going through it again. Can't really comment on whether or not the price is any good? (Probably better to get on STEAM if the option is available!).

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy – £16.24
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies – £8.99
Other good 3DS deals:
Super Street Fighter IV 3D – £7.19 (Probably cheaper to get a physical copy)
Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse – £7.99
Mercenaries Saga 2 – £3.19

Pretty sure only the Game boy versions have the rpg mode. Incredible really.
This version is probably the best pure tennis game though. No power shots and all that malarkey that ruined the gamecube one.

What's recommended here? Temped by Shantae, but is the Pirates Curse game the best one in the canon?
Gamer_U to pazuzu17
14 Dec 15#2
Pirates Curse is considered one of the best eShop games and from the Shantae series but I'm gonna go with Duck Tales Remastered. <3 It's worth buying it now even though it's not a physical copy for £4 ain't a bad deal at all.
Btw, anyone know of £10-15 eShop card deals?

I'd definitely recommend the two Trine Games. Two of the best games on the eshop imho.

I wouldn't mind getting Duck Tales but it's still showing as full price and I can't even find D&D Chronicles of Mystara on the eshop. Am I doing something wrong?

These sales start on Thursday at roughly 3pm.
Mario Tennis 64 releases this week too. Does it have an RPG mode like the GBA and GBC versions?

Those Trine games are definitely worth a punt for anyone that has not played them for sure. Thomas Was Alone also a good days playthrough for just £1.25, great indie titles.

DuckTales (although Remastered) is effectively a classic but does anyone else think even with the discounted price is still a bit expensive for what would be a nostalgia trip for most?
