Hard to say if it's better or not as project cars is more of a simulator than this, different types of racer in my opinion.
this would be more accessible to the casual gamer and the season pass as someone said above is an awful lot of content if you can find it cheap.
I bought it on PSN with season pass for somewhere between £10-£15 during the black Friday deal period.
No Local Multiplayer/Split Screen = Can't play it with my young boys so waste of time for me.....We are still playing Forza on the older xbox 360 until something tidy comes out for the PS4!

Historically I'm not even a racing fan, but I have the game, the season pass and the additional Bike content. Love it!
