Righto, make a second PSN account under the Canadian residence, preferably use a Canadian hotel or something for the address. Then you need to log into your new account, go into the account options and make it your "Primary PS4" for that account. You can then buy some credit from ( http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buy/PlayStation-Network-50-Card-CANADA/ ) and redeem it in the Canadian store. You will then need to buy the game and start downloading, while that is going on go back onto your UK account and make sure that account is down as a Primary account on your PS4.
If all that has been done, you will be able to play via your UK account, earn trophies through it and even play any multiplayer game via EU servers.

XBOX one has this GOTY currently 60% off at £22 .. I just purchased it myself.. I have the game lready anyway but still worth it for all the DLC.

To play on Uk acount you need: Start the game.
To use DLC with disc version you need to have a NTSC disc, maybe import from US.
I made a canadian acount just because of this game.

I would avoid paypal, It can lead to bans, cards are guaranteed. Also why I'll abstain from a vote, I cba with more than the US store.
And to all those asking, if activated as primary system, then can be downloaded by the canadian account and played on any system account eg. UK main, no problems.

Yes you can play it on your UK account. I'm not sure about the Paypal question though, I usually just buy PSN credit cards

very hot indeed ..pitty you can't play just the DLC with you UK save file but still bargain for price, you can still get £5 from CEX for you old CD copy "if you still have it" making this £7 with all DLC.

Yeah i picked this up for the price mentioned, bargain for a game like this. Shame it should be much higher in heat, even if it can't be resold for sub £12 you can't complain.

No it won't work. On PS4 you have to buy DLC from the same region that your game is from

Probably not looking at the price point because it's Canadian Store or because it's digital and can't be resold later.
I'm finding I only see cold and not much heat for most digital download deals.
