Very bad customer service, sent 4 emails since the 17th Dec due to pair I received having scratch on, and haven't heard anything! Wouldn't use them again!

The soles of DM's are incredibly soft. I walked on a piece of wood with a nail in it years ago, it went through so easily that the nail almost came out of the top of my foot. It was a bit inconvienient to say the least, I missed the schools senior trip to Italy.
I havn't worn DM's since, the force is too weak in them for me.
If you live anywhere near their factory in Wollaston near Wellingborough Northants they have a factory shop that sells shoes and boots between £20 - £30. Pot luck what they have in stock though.

I was about to post this...was there a few weeks ago, the range has got a lot better (4 times more stock than they used to carry), including a significant range of British made. Well worth a visit if you are reasonably close - 71 high street, Wollaston NN29 7QE 01933 664851

Bought my daughter a couple of pairs (red & black) when they were on here last year at about £20 less. She has never worn anything since (apart from the school shoes, but they are no longer needed!). Look good as well.

Holy crap DM's got expensive. I'll always remember going with my mum to get dark red DM's work boots for my dad in the days before steel toecaps, sure they were £20-25 back then.
Still, decent discount, deserves some heat.

Oh how things have changed. I remember when you could pick up a pair of (British made) DMs for much less than this.

Absolute bargain for the UK - I picked up some at Ross in the US for $44.99. Shoes we're $34.99...if I had any space left in my suitcase they'd all be on eBay by now!
