Loads in the Wrexham Asda but available on line as well so must be national. £2.49 for Douwe Egbert's coffee 200g jar is the cheapest I've ever seen it I think.

I think so too! The posting for the same thing in Savers for £2.69 is positive so how does that work? Both are a good price it just depends what store you are nearest to.

Great find normally buy it in B&M but this is cheaper than normal. Even last time in B&M bought Nescafe 200g at this price because the Douwe had went up in price.

this is there value one, not as good as all the others in the range, pay the extra and avoid this as it tastes like a value coffee

I'm guess the 'others' you are referring to are the pure gold and inbulgence, they are freeze dried, this is coffee granules. Just like Nescafé have their gold blend and standard Nescafé.
People buy it, so it mustn't be that bad.

This is standard price for this DE coffee, and in my opinion it tastes awful. Not a patch on the rest of the DE range.
