don't forget topcashback it takes about three quid off the price again.
interestingly Amazon now charge £72.99 for this phone so it's a good saving to be had.

Bought a phone from China recently. While it took a time to come, it is well worth it.
I bought a Redmi Note 2 and it is the best phone I've had by "25miles" to quote Tyson Fury.
And cost a fraction of the best from the "big fruit rival".

Can anyone recommend any good cases for this? Can you use tempered glass anda case together? Thanks
Currently have a 64gb card in mine and plan to fit my 128 gb later  can confirm 64gb works fine.

I pasted from the spec! Anyway it has a micro-SD card slot (as all phones should have - 2016 should be the return of micro-SD slot for Android).

It works fine PROVIDED you set the 3 sim as the data sim. if you don't it will not work at all. 3 cannot handle 2g and the secondary sim is 2g only.

This phone is great and unlike many other Chinese phones has 2 sim card slots and a Micro SD card slot while others use the 2nd sim slot for micro SD. Screen is great, being an IPS it has excellent viewing angles. The 2GB ram makes changing apps lag-free, even with over 20 running in the background. It has better network connection than an iPhone 5 and Samsung J1 that belong to others in the house, meaning that I have at least 1 bar anywhere in the house with 3, while the others have no connection.
The only downsides are that the battery charging is painfully slow, even with a 2A charger I only got a maximum of 490Mah, making it about 10% charge an hour - okay if you charge it at night but not great if you need a top up in the day. Luckily, extra batteries are available for about a fiver on all the usual Chinese websites.
Camera quality, while better than many Chinese phones, isn't the best and lacks sharpness. I've included a couple of pictures:
Lastly, I found rooting this phone impossible which meant I couldn't load a custom recovery etc. Doogee hasn't included malware/spyware on my phone when checking with MBAM, however Doogee has been known to on different models so I highly recommend running a scan on yours when it arrives. If anyone has found a way to root it then please let me know.

I would agree with the other often mentioned value for money Chines phones. I took the plunge and bought the DoogeeF3 pro and after 3 months it arrived. An excellent phone all round. Camera is fine for me and the features included on the Phone are excellent. haven't tried 4g yet. What wasn't too clear to me was the duel sim slot! you either have a micro SD card in and a phone sim sharing a slide in port so only takes 2 cards.so you can ditch the SD and use another phone sim but not all 3 options. Battery life is reasonable and there are various power saving modes available plus it charges really quickly with the basic included charger. only thing that doesn't work is the voice activated " find my phone" function but that's a gimmick anyway. let's hope these phones give the big greedy boys a challenge.

strange, stefanw makes a point in his review a few posts above yours that you can use the microsd card slot along with the 2 SIM cards

Amazing bargain and makes the price the mainstream makers charge us look absolutely ridiculous. As I've said on here before, I've seen the light and will buy my phones from China from now on. Similar spec to a 3rd Gen Moto G for a third of the cost...

The camera has a 5MP sensor, but by default upscales to 8MP by default. You may get better photos by changing the resolution to 5MP manually.
The app is showing at full price, should the 10% be automatic?

The phone comes with an app lock app built into it. This is a somewhat strange addition to have it built in. When you check what permissions it has it can ring send texts basically control the phone. Because its built in the firmware you can't delete it. It also passes anti virus scans because its just an app with permissions.
