bought one last time round, very happy with it, use it more than my note 4 for practical reasons, very fast, dual sim works great, sound is a bit ropey but ok for me on outdoor profile, recommend as a cheap run around.

You're right. It actually is a fantastic phone. Everything works and the 2GB RAM certainly helps keep things running smoothly. I was very impressed. Even the GPS locks on in a few sec. The battery lasts 2 days on moderate use.
Really am pleasantly surprised with this one.

I bought this last time it was on a deal and am very happy with everything however the camera is the only downside. It's not full potato though, to me it feels like same quality camera as iPhone 4. The screen, dual sim and software all work very well.

You can't normally use the 10% through the app on discounted goods and this is discounted. So deal will only work if they have some special deal on. Can anyone confirm this price other than op?

I know they still have Xmas06 code on as well as cashback through quidco and topcashback at 6%.

If you use the free shipping option, there should not be, I didn't have that problem, but it did take nearly a month to arrive.

Great phone, certain things like the GPS is quick and the Bluetooth connects to the car instantly, I'm on 3 network and the 4G is fine, and as others have stated the camera is good enough for the average person.

I was going to order some for the kids for Christmas but ended up getting 3 of the Doogee Y100X when they were on the silly deal of £32 each, they have similar spec but no 4G, really happy with them for the money aswell though.

watching some reviews (after ordering the pro version)... Looks like the camera isn't that great on the pro version, and in fact one video days it's better on the non pro phone. The processor isn't that great compared to other phones in that price bracket.

Looking for a cheap 2nd phone and was going to get a 5" Blu Android from Amazon but now considering this, anyone with some phone knowledge care to say what might be the better option please? Specs alone would suggest this (I know the Blu is a bit more as well), I'm figuring the Blu might be more reliable though. I've got one for my daughters smash present, picked it up on the deal they were doing last week for £49 and I've had a quick look and was quite impressed with build quality, haven't turned it on and had a proper look yet.

I ordered the f3 pro on back order in September off gearbest and almost gave up hope of ever receiving it!! however it DID arrive last week via NL post and Royal Mail. No duty payable as invoice raised at under £20. no fancy iPhone type box or earphones (which I would never use anyway) basic charger and plug but they work OK. I'm very impressed with the phone and it meets all the hype! the camera is good and the features are amazing for the price. it just feels solid and well put together. makes my old iPhone seem like an antique! got rid of some of the dross and loaded Nova launcher and playing with it now! doogee a brand for the others to watch out for.

Its a small thing but doesn't have a notification led so when on standby you have no idea if you've received any messages.
Also don't like how the back case overlaps rather than sitting flush.
Would have ordered one for myself after ordering for a relative, but no led and poor camera means I'm going to hold our for something better.

This is great phone for the price but be aware that it does not support low-power bluetooth (LE bluetooth). Some apps such as those operating droids e.g. Ollie , will not be compatible with this phone. Other than that it's a feature equipped phone and 'brill' according to my 13 year old step-son :smiley:

Great phone - I have one. Managed to root it, although others have had problems. There's a rumour that Marshmallow might be coming for it. If not, it works well with 5.1.

Smooth, nice screen, USB OTG. Battery isn't that great, but lasts the day easily.

Great price on the phone but I would buy it from somewhere like Amazon with a reseller. I had a few issues with my Mlais M4 Note with Gearbest. Phone screen just stopped working one day. Trying to return a phone to China to get it fixed is a pain in the bum and I waited two months until I got my phone back as well.

I haven't really used location except to test - it looks like my battery drops hugely more when I'm connected via mobile data (3G) without Wi-fi on. It's quite good when connected to wi-fi, just poor when I'm not. Even tried a factory reset just in case.

Arrived today - really impressed but rather missing the square icon at the bottom of the screen in my other lollipop phone to show the running apps - where you can close them.

I've set 'Don't keep activities' in Developer options to close Apps when I leave them.

Brilliant phone, got mine very quickly fro EU warehouse (UK?)
Data only available on one sim, you choose.
Sim 1 Tescomobile (O2) second sim '3' mobile.
I use Tesco for data so the '3' sim does not work as it relies on data being switched on.
But when data is switched to the '3' sim it does work.

Not yet got the screen protector or silicone case which I also ordered (from China)
Does the Tempered glass screen go on top of the factory fitted screen protector.

I always get air bubbles when I try to fit them?

Looks like SIM1 support 2G, 3G and 4G while SIM2 works only on 2G. That's why doesn't work with 3 network as second SIM as they only support 3G frequencies. It's not about Data.
Anyone else with same or different opinion?

'3' sims work in either sim one or sim 2 slots, as long as you choose that slot for 3g/4g data.
Whatever the other sim will be 2g (calls only). Or you can have two sims with data plans and switch between the two for using the data. Its just that '3' is limited because it requires data access to make calls.
