Are you confusing the playset with the Base. The photo shows the playset and the description includes the playset. The thing that it doesn't include is the base unit.
Sold out, but was going to get this as I already have the base from 2.0.

On their app they're all out of stock, and none of the product descriptions state that they include the Playset. It appears to be the disc only, and unfortunately, the wrong picture.

But managed to get this on PS4 for £15 - Star Wars set for £5 from Argos and digital copy of Infinity 3.0 via the US PS Store for $15 :sunglasses:

They are in the wrong with this. It would help if you had a screen shot of the old Web page, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Just get in contact with them. Tell them that the deal was there and was advertised on this site. Threaten them with Trading standards. I would insist you get the product that was advertised. If they play hardball write to trading standards.
They have broke the law with this so the onus is on them. Make them squirm.
