Nothing within 25 miles of a couple of places I have tried.
Can't find it anywhere! Very limited is a bit of an understatement!

I've tried random towns across the UK and haven't found stock anywhere. Nothing in Wales at all by the looks of it.

These little machines are exceptionally good for their £45 price tag, great find if you can get one on the sale price.
Like all espresso machines, they need to be left on to heat up the internal metal so you can a consistent temp.
Be aware that the space for the cups is rather small, and will only allow for espresso cups. A regular sized mug or even tea cup will not fit under it. So you'll be finding yourself doing doubles and pouring them into a 2nd mug if you don't drink espresso shots.
The steamer works great, plenty of pressure there and is more then hot enough to steam froth the milk for your drinks.
I've used pretty much every supermarket store bought pre ground coffee and coffee beans and they all work fine with minimal amount of clogging or bitterness, and while I have moved on to grinding my own now, for this machine it's really not needed as the target range of owners are mostly new to making their own fresh coffee.

This is a fiddle. Last Wed it was £44.93 but only in store. They had stock to sell online only at a higher price (different item number but EAN links to same product) . So their price match and guarantee of being cheapest is hogwash cos they don't price match their own flipping website. So I rang hq and they said that there was stock at bodmin western supermare. Glasgow
Derby chadddesden maidenhead Milton Keynes. I rang MK but ho ho ho no stock and if there was one they can't sell it cos it is a demo and needs to be pat tested. Seems like sharp practice if u ask me. So I ordered it from the tax dodgers for £55 using nationwide £25 off when spending £100.

This shouldn't be a hot deal. People voting without checking stock. I would've bought this but can't find it anywhere.
