cool, i have 3000 nectar points so i could possibly get back another 1500 in return if i use mine up.

No I think its just whatever you convert above 1000 points gets you 500 points and thats it. I dont think it means that if you spend 10000 point you get 5000 points :smiley:

Since April 2015 you receive 1 nectar point for £1 spend - 1 point is worth 0.5p (500 nectar = £2.50)
However, you get more points from bonus offers which have been quite generous recently. I use till spit coupons, Sainsburys MyCoupons and nectar app, to get extra points. I find they build up quite quickly.

Sadly seems to be specific to account - it went to a link saying I'd activated the offer however when I clicked on it took me to my Nectar page on ebay. So I assume it only works if you do not already have your ebay account linked to a Nectar card?

Better at Argos it's in the app covert 500pts get a 1000 back.

If you only have 500 points then do the Argos offer, if you have 1500 points then do both

Nectar is really giving tesco club card a run for its money. In fact I'd say it's better now. Apart from being able to convert topcashback to clubcard points there are no other amazing exciting offers from tesco!

I use eBay over Argos so any offer with Argos is of no use to me at all.

I didn't get the Email but used the link provided which activated the deal on my eBay account so I've just converted 1000 points and will hopefully get my 500 free extra ones as well. Please ignore any snide comments from any Hot Deal users who don't always actually know any better! - LOL! And thank you very much for flagging up this great deal and the Activation Link too or I never would have known about it otherwise or been able to click on anything either.

Maybe it will work? and maybe it won't? - but as a regular eBay buyer already, it is only just another way to pay for things if I don't and if I do get the extra points on top then I'll be very pleased and grateful ;o>

Good deal works perfectly just waiting for the 500 points its not automatic so no idea how long it will take to get them/if at all!

Yeah, this never worked for me, regardless of using the activation link and then buying something with the points I'd just used. Unless, it's supposed to show up much later. Does anyone have solid details on this?

The 500 bonus points just showed up on my Nectar account, so it's probably the same for you guys too.

I did the Argos offer too. I think the points get added towards the end of January (well they did last year anyway)

maybe log in your nectar account and then use the nectar "contact us" page to raise your concern, they could manually add points back to your account.

on the 15th the 1000 points got added to mine! :smiley:

nothing for me. going to have to chase them up. wasters!! nectar has always been a headache
and no email option. honestly - why would you not allow your customers to email you?!??!! i don't like phoning and live chat makes me feel like a 14 year old on MSN

nothing for me either - if you phone them on freephone 0800 636262 then they will just tell you to email them on [email protected]
(I also initally tried live chat but they just said to phone the non-free 0344 helpline - everybody wants to pass the buck)

Luckily I took a screenshot of the ebay activation page so they cant really squirm out of giving me the points
- I always try to do that now as points often are not credited - TBH I sometimes wonder if its worth the hassle
due to the amount of chasing up you have to do

on live chat with nectar now. complete wasters. asking questions like do you know when the offer ended? what do i look like - the terms and conditions police???
hate when these small value offers cause more running around than they're worth. have wasted half an hour on live chat (admittedly whilst also calling my broadband provider, posting this message etc)
