Because it carries much less charge than others...
It's not that good a deal, £10 would be waaaay overpriced for this, you can get others with like 4 times as much power for £10 easily.

It is small because the capacity is minimal - it wont even charge a smart phone once.
Plus all the cheap power banks have the potential of starting a fire. I would not charge them unsupervised.

I have two similarly small 2200mAh charging banks putting out DC 5v-1000mA I have been using for a year and if fully charged they manage to fully charge up my IPhone 5.
These banks are simply a 18650 battery in a case with required connections and I find them really handy.
It's strange because back in the summer they recalled the E-06 batch , then in November they said all power bars were safe including the E-06 , then 3 weeks after that all power bars are announced to be sent back . At least if you do send it back you can get a different make of power bar with the £20 online voucher you get.

10,000 mah power banks are a lot bigger , heavier and harder to carry around.
I have something like the OP's post AND a 10,000mah power bank and the lipstick form factor is a lot nicer if you're only leaving the house for a few hours

The light goes blue once charged. I bought one and found it can power the 300ma Raspberry Pi Zero no problem, I'm not sure how long the battery lasts, but it's a £4 solution to power your Pi out and about. I think these power banks are 800ma, so not sure how they'd fair powering even a Pi B or whatever, the zero apparently draws something in the region of 300ma (I may be wrong).
This link suggests that it should be 7.3 hours, which would be great!
I picked up a couple of these on Boxing day. Neat little unit and pleased with how it works with my S6 edge

Tempted to get one for shorter days trips. Have a Plemo 5200mAh which is quite bulky for a short burst, but best option for a day trip where I use internet a lot though. Thanks, heat added
