Partpicker has this build ~£30 more expensive http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2vQwdC
Comes with an impressive warranty too: (2 Year Collect & Return, 5 Years Labour)
I'm sure you could build it for a similar price if you shop around, but for a prebuilt rig this seems like a very good deal.

You're not gonna go much faster without a Xeon build. PM me and we'll talk more.

yes clearly i have no idea anything about pc, even though i built about 3 pcs in the past 2 years and aerocooler psus are known for being the worse psus on the market. on countless forum sites they have been many issues about this brand and even i encountered a problem by their psu by lazy cable sleeving job and short circuited my motherboard
also my friend if you know anything about pcs.... everything i said was true and can be backed by the numerous forum site. So please before calling names come with the facts and proof of your statements.
Thank you

it would be easier for readers to see the specs in post rather than having to navigate away to the deal website. Personally for 600quid these days a better Power supply unit (brand) and a small SSD would be better. The video card is a debate in itself, however other components could have been reduced (such as the motherboard) to a cheaper just as capable variant to then improve the Graphics card.

Many thanks. What would the best processor be if I could push the budget to £1200? I'll be doing heavy editing with multiple layers etc in sony vegas 12. At the moment my pc lags when trying to edit 1080p .mov files but it's fast with 1080p mp4 files. I have a 3770k i7 32gb ram and nvidia graphics card 240gb ssd and 2TB internal hd.

This guy is obviously clueless, I wouldn't listen to anything he says! "power supply is unsafe", oh my, do you even know how stupid that sounds!?
For an extra £27 you can upgrade the yoyo to have the same GPU.

Can anyone suggest me gaming pc under GBP 400 with dedicated graphics card, which would play GTA V ?

Have you tried the Sony PlayStation4, just buy a keyboard and mouse, some cheap neons and you're good to go. For that authentic pc experience you could even buy a cheap tower case and situate the said PS4 within it. Good luck!

I want the best editing PC for 4K and Sony Vegas. My budget is £1000. Help me guys!
Help yourself to a Chillblast SlashBlade Beast Obliterator 965, it has 32mb of Ram (more than double that 4k you need!) and would easily / probably run Sony Vegas Pro 6.0. This can all be had for around £199 so well within budget mate.

well some prebuilt PCs do work out cheaper than using parts. That's the whole point of this section of deals for some people......

agreed it is cheaper for a self build and always will be and its not something that worries me as I have built my last 2 pc's myself but was thinking of those a little less confident.. could make an easy saving on your build if you get windows from another source so it does look the better option

Also, they the hell have they bothered to spec a Z97 chipset on a 4460?!

My thoughts too, but the mobo does support crossfire which is the only reason I can find. However, why they would spend the extra money on a crossfire capable z97 when they have a **** PSU is beyond me.
The build I linked earlier has the same spec and comes out to <£600, but of course you have to build it yourself.
If you get your Windows key off Reddit for £20 and swap to a cheaper case you'll get that down £525.

OEM version are often just unregister OEM codes "recovered" from existing machines which are non transferable. They are sold as new OEM but are just an unregistered OEM key with media. Not ligit! OEM authentic from MS authorised reseller should be over £60 min.

I got an oem version, the kind that these pc builders buy for their pre built systems. They cost around 30 quid on amazon. Worth it

I very much doubt they are legit from reddit. For starters any sort of selling on makes it instantly illegal. Ts and Cs of MS licence agreements forbid resale.

Similar to the r9 380 4gb vram the gtx 960 4gb doesnt add a whole load of benifit for the cost
/r/microsoftsoftwareswap I have bought from there on a few occasions. there are some very reputable sellers.

Should i buy this one or hold off for the Chillblast Xenorb Corpse Annihilator 990 on deal? And what would best handle heavy word processing? Talkin like 100 page stuff with imported fonts, etc.

I've always emailed Chillblast and tried to get my own spec built instead of buying pre built. Depends on who replies but I've saved 70-100 quid by not buying pre built for practically the same spec.

Ok i see your points. But you wouldnt use a r9 380 for anything more the 1080p. And by that point having 4gb of vram for a small budget it quite useless since you can put that money towards other parts. https://youtu.be/ESeFXwGfBsI
Barely any difference justifying the price. A lot people would just go for 2gb vram for a lower end card.
But what you miss out is for the people who would like to build and upgrade their pcs. Its just wasting cash on things you dont need. And nobody is gonna use their warranty because they might void it when upgrading some parts like an extra hard drive it another stick of ram.

It isn't all about FPS. Put the textures up on any game without the VRAM to handle it and you'll get stutters. A card doesn't need much 'power' to make use of textures in vram, true, when putting resolition up textures go up also, but using more than 2gb at 1080p is quite likely and this card is plenty capable at 1080p. The extra makes a lot of difference. The included power supply isn't great but with a 2 year collect and return warranty and 5 years labour I don't think that's a valid argument for voting cold.
Nor is 'building one yourself is a better option'.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a strong advocate of building your own, I've built 9 pc's already this year, for myself, friends and businesses. But I can understand that some people don't want to and don't mind paying a small premium in order to have one built for them (sometimes our time is worth more than the cost of the premium). And on that basis, this machine isn't a bad deal.
4gb of vram on this card is quite useless. It will only add like 5 fps. This card isn't that powerful to utilise the full 4gb vram anyways. Also they will be using the cheapest of parts whilst increasing price. That power supply is very poor and generally unsafe you put any type of load on it. Just build a pc yourself and safe yourself money and able to upgrade in the future without worrying about any cheap parts now

Cold from me. Whats the point of having a z97 mother if you have an non overclockable cpu? Thats just a waste. Also its funny how you used more expensive parts in your build. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/BWcNdC
That will give you exact same build for much more cheaper.
No pre built pc is cheaper without using cheap parts. Probably the power supply unit which is the most part of all
