1. About delivery > as it is coming from outside of UK warehouse it will take up to 10 days.
2. Warranty > warranty is provided by Banggood only and it is 12 months so any issue we need to send the phone which i will bin it rather lol but he can help if we found any issues straight after we received.
3. UK version or China version > he said it will be global version and supports all 4G sims
4. They will provide UK adapter for charging.
5. I asked about Customs charge > he said i dont need to pay any thing (but I doubt may be they will remove original packing to claim it not new) I ordered Ainol tablet from some chines website long time back.. after 3 months i have received 20£ customs tax notice.. so its again a trial.

As I've just posted in the other thread, I ordered a SNES controller from BangGood from a deal that was posted on HUKD a month ago. I've still not received it. Since it was only £3 ish I'm fine to take the hit but buyer beware - definitely wouldn't trust for a £170 phone

G's i dunno what is with HUD at the minute. People are really forgetting about consumer rights and playing import tax roulette to potentially save £30/£40. This site used to ban any posts from China based sellers for good reason because it really only makes to chance your arm on low price items <£5. It doesn't make good sense to me for expensive items like this. Prices are one thing but protecting your purchases by going through a respectable retailer where you are covered with a full manufacturers UK warranty and you can receive the item within a few days is important to me and I like a bargain as much as anyone.

Sorry I misread the post and had it in my head you were talking to OnePlus whereas it was obviously Banggood chat. Just Ignore my post, this is obviously the Chinese version on Hydrogen OS. What chat was telling you mirrored my experience which sucked me in even further but mine actually came direct from OPO and was the EU geared version of the OPX running Oxygen OS as std.

3 Dec 151#90
I ordered the OPX when it came out and all the above rings true. There were no customs charges involved as technically they were eu supplied. Shipment of OPX mobiles lands at east midlands and gets dispersed to the eu buyers from there, something to that effect. It came with a rubber skin type case and I've had two Oxygen OS updates already, still a work in progress ironing out OS niggles but deffo money well spent, even at the price I paid.

Currently I am using Galaxy S5... i am not happy with it as it keep on hanging and takes time to respond now a days.. it was good in the beginning, may be its a marketing/business trick making old phones buggy by updates, forcing users to buy new ones ... or > i also dropped many times it may ducked up lol ... any way I now hate my S5 and need a decent 5" Android with SD ..

Very responsive to be honest.
I flashed the Smiui (very easy to do) latest firmware which removes some of the frameworks which i wouldn't use.
But MIUI is very intuative.. it has a couple of great functions i havent seen before on other roms.
Ultimately however i have made the move over to a build of Cyanogen, which despite not having the kernal sources released is solid as a rock. I am incredibly happy with it to be honest.. im surprised by just how good it actually is compared to my expectations.

I would like to point our BangGood use several warehouses across the world and depending the item, price paid and stock levels depends on where it is sent from. alot of the items arriving in a few weeks come from European warehouses where as 4-5 are Chinese ones. also if its a phone or high value item it is always sent tracked and on faster shipping than a £3 controller etc.
I have the Redmi Note 2 2Ghz version. if you buy a Xiaomi phone make sure you register in the miui forums and first thing to do when it arrives would be to grab the latest global ROM for your device and flash it with your downloaded ROM. super simple as miui has a built in updater app to flash a ROM through. most resellers send the phones with a " multi language ROM" most are not good and give poor user experience hence bad reviews.
I have been using the latest miui on the Redmi note 2 and its great with nice touches all over very good phone not even for the price just a good phone

I ordered the same SNES pad! I totally forgot about it until you mentioned it. I emailed Customer Services who sent me a tracking code and it appears it's still on its way. I'm not terribly fussed about the delay either considering it is so cheap but its good to know its en-route. It does however totally put me off buying this device as per the possible duties and enormous delay.

I gave my daughter a choice between this or the Mi4C and she chose the latter due to the amount of glass in this phone. Unfortunately, she wanted blue which has come out more expensive (32Gb version) which isn't helped by the weak pound.
Even worse I am out to the tune of almost £550 at the moment; Gearbest could not supply and it's now a Paypal special to get the money back. Geekbuying could not supply blue either so I cancelled and bought from Vickmall. Geekbuying now seems to have rushed a shipment through so it didn't lose the sale and I have 2 of them in transit. Looks like an ebay job.

You can contact the banggood customer services. They do offer pretty good assistance.
Do they include VAT or are you stung if charged, plus import duty.
If you are VAT registered, at best you save £17 for the Chinese version without a case.
May be a good deal for some, but I doubt it if you run your own business and are VAT registered.

Hope this helps for few people...
Thanks for the find love HUKD..

The original OnePlus wasn't supported, but I believe they sorted that with the 2 and the X.
Heat !
COCO
The Hong Kong version isn't the Chinese one.
Apart from the Gorilla Glass anyway.

Versions from other regions are likely not to.

Uses a much better processor. And unlike other chinese phones, Xiaomi is actually one of the worlds largest mobile phone companies.

3. The shipping fee for sending the phone back to us will be paid by customers except for DOA situations.
I ordered loads of stuff from bang good around 12 Nov that's not here yet that's just the nature if shipping from China
If there is a fault or want to return the phone we need to contact the customer service.
Also about the import tax, if there is an import tax then the buyer has to pay it. We got to contact them and ask for a change in the customs declaration price.

Oxygen Os or Xiaomi s inbuilt OS. You need to think. You can port the camera app of Xiaomi to one plus.

If you are VAT registered, at best you save £17 for the Chinese version without a case.
May be a good deal for some, but I doubt it if you run your own business and are VAT registered.
