If I tape 4 of these to my body, will I become a WiFi hotspot and attract a lot of women with loose morals?

I've watched american TV, these phones can be obtained for free from every other outdoor rubbish bin (trash can), as they are discarded by spies and bad guys every 5 minutes!
Does anyone know if the phones are sim-free? So not locked to just 02?

Typically phones supplied by o2 are o2-locked. Unlock codes for this model are about £2.30 via the bay. Or order from carphonewarehouse as their handsets are typically pre-unlocked and this handset is currently free with a £10 o2 top-up http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/phones/alcatel-onetouch-10-16g/ppay

I think 16G is part of the model number. The actual storage capacity is 4MB.

"I confirm I want my service to start as soon as I top up my sim (you'll still have 14 days to cancel, you'll just pay for what you've used)
- I have read the terms and conditions and checked my coverage
- If you've chosen a 4G package, additional terms apply."
Is it mean that they will load the sim card, which coming with the phone with £10 pounds every month ??

I ordered one, and chosen one of the bundles because there was no other way to place an order,
Hopefully I'm not gonna be charged some time later for that bundle I've chosen?
Thanks for reply

Clearly years ahead of its time. Makes 4G look so last century.
