The title should be Cable for charger or Charger & Sync Cable not Charger for cable!

Please look here, and decide if it's worth the risk. Especially as lots of people use these next to their bed when asleep :disappointed:

As mentioned these cables afford too much resistance and therefore the resultant current would be markedly reduced. They probably wouldn't charge the phone efficiently .. Unless used with a powerful step up transformer.. And even the the cable would start getting warm...

would stick to named brands, all these 3rd party cables I've used have very poor through put. I get the impression that they use very thin cable or something but never charge anything very quickly

Awful quality cabling inside of these, will take an age to charge. Better off spending the cash on a high quality 20AWG cable. Not sure if Apple even offer them but hey worth a suggestion, made a world of difference for my Androids.

I charged my iPhone 6s Plus with this cable and no issues. The charging time was slightly higher than the apple cable but not so high to worry about

Wouldn't a 3m cable take forever to charge the item.
