If you live your life like that you may as well not leave the house in case you get hit by a bus !!!
Or like me buy multiple things over the year like and save over £1k+ and yet to have a problem with anything and hey if I do have a problem and have a problem with the company i'll get it repaired/sell it or just bin it and buy the latest model with all the ££££ I've saved.

Not a bad deal for the price. Good 'general' camera body and the Image Stabilised STM standard kit lens is the best of the 4 EF-S kit lenses Canon have made. Ideal for video as the focussing is silent thanks to it's 'Stepped Motor' (STM).
The longer 70-300 lens works best when used with a monopod or tripod. It is built down to a price but works great as a starter long telephoto les. The EF-S 55-250mm STM would have been a better lens.
All in all not bad for the starter. Until recently the 700D was the top model in the basic EOS xxx range but now behind the more expensive 750D and 760D bodies.

Sure you can have them value it at a lower price but I never mentioned anything like that.
P.S. The cameras from Jessops are not made in this country ... they are imported as well .. then the price highly inflated.
If this country sold them at a reasonable price then people wouldn't need look elsewhere .. funny how other countries can sell them at a reasonable price and still make a profit.
You would be better not looking for further deals on this site and better paying a full price .. well you do want support the British Retailer don't you ?

So it's not your fault, you are being forced into tax avoidance. Hong Kong has different laws on sale tax and they have a much lower average salary.
You're not doing anything new or clever, you're just lacking morals. You seem to think this makes you cool, so fair play to you. Just make sure the tax man doesn't catch up with you.
Do you actually read a reply before trying to Troll someone? I am assuming not as your keyboard warrior skills fail to understand I linked a place where you can buy it from cheaper I never said you wont be paying any tax/duty. I never thought about it until you mentioned tax avoidance. So if you want to point a moral finger YOU have put the idea that you can avoid tax/duty by ordering abroad.

If you go for this, sell the 75-300 on fleabay straight away and buy a 55-250 -- much better lens, you won't regret it.

FYI tax avoidance isn't illegal, so if the tax man does catch up with anyone for tax avoidance there is nothing he can do.
Tax evasion however is a different story, but either way it will be the company in the wrong, not an individual buying from them.

I was using avoidance in the more generic sense of 'to refrain from doing something', but you're right it is a civil rather than a criminal matter. I know someone who bought some Nikon equipment from Hong Kong and had a visit from HMRC who made them pay the vat and import duty and then fined them the same amount. HMRC are also entitled to confiscate goods. Website like eglobalcentral go out of there way to look like a UK company so many people aren't aware they may be liable for charges/won't get UK warranty etc. I don't much care what people do, as long as they aren't deceived into doing it.

Do we really need debates about grey imports every time a photography deal pops up? There should be an announcement at the top of the Audiovisual section "yes, everyone knows you can buy cameras cheaper from importers, we get it." to save the pointless arguing clogging up threads every freaking day.
But yeah, this is a solid deal. It's a shame companies keep bundling in these crappy telephotos and I'm definitely in agreement with Marker about selling it to buy the far superior 55-250mm IS STM (or even the slightly older 55-250mm IS II is still a league ahead), but it's still a nice solid beginner kit or for someone looking to move from an aging body in this series.
