My points arrived in 9 days but beware some special points offer expire quicker.
I bought something the first week of October and the points expired at the end of October just 3 weeks later with no warning from Rakuten.
I lost £24 which is my fault at the end of the day but would be nice if they alerted you to help out !

I have asked simply games if it's the C chassis and they said yes. The reviews on Rakuten are quite old.
