Ah right, you found a cheaper deal elsewhere and you want to cancel the current contract without any penalty.

A question only a 12 year old would ask. A contract is a contract, particularly with mobile phone contracts its quite known that you cant just wiggle out of any contract easily if at all. You pay the remainder or simply quit looking for cheaper deals after signing up to a contract in the first place. And to call me a twit and a fool for giving you a genuine answer (and only answer available) to your question is a little out of order.

this is why I avoided the deal.... very tempted but... had problems with bt 10 years ago when signed up for bt vision.... needed bt broadband.... signed up for that.... bt broadband wasn't fast enough for bt vision.... but they didn't and wouldn't cancel my by vision contract until I threatened them with ofcom! then a couple of years ago was in a house that had bt line rental and broadband and it took forever to cancel it when we rented the property out.

They rang me as well, firstly on my home phone and then on my mobile. Asked whether I had now received the voucher in the last day or so, told them the truth, that I had received it after over a week ago just after I had raised the complaint. Advisor said good as it was showing as despatched a few days ago on his system (maybe a second one is on its way) and will now close the complaint and just said goodbye, no apology or anything for the time I had to wait for it or anything, then again as it's BT didn't expect anything more.

You won't believe this - still no voucher of any sort.

Repeated email exchanges and a call in over three months.

Finally Steven from the complaints department called my landline (why he didn't call me on my mobile number - I have no idea) and then started having a conversation and explaining everything about the scenario to another member of my household.

Three months to get a result - my privacy (data protection) breached - and a partridge in a pear tree.

Honestly - for a customer to simply pay for a service - and simply receive it is not too much to ask for.

This has been the worst customer experience I have had with any utility company - and I have had to deal with some humdingers before.

I'm so disappointed.

Well , i'm yet to recieve any voucher, and when I called in a credit was refused. Outstanding.

20 Feb 16 1 #335
I still don't know if the credit has been applied as well yet, as already said it was supposed to be put on my Feb bill which it wasn't so rang and supposedly its been added to my March bill manually, I,ll have to wait and see on my March bill. Try and speak with a different advisor, say you keep on getting same excuses about waiting another 10 days for delivery when you email voucher dept and it has now been over 10 weeks since you claimed which is totally unacceptable, somewhere down the line you'll end up with a sympathetic advisor who will go out of their way to apply the credit.

No post yet, but managed to get a result this morning. After getting annoyed with a generic email sent by the voucher team giving the usual, voucher processed and another 10 day wait and sending a strong email back saying they had already supposedly processed and sent it two weeks ago and to properly investigate (and also offer an increased amount as compensation) and not just send a generic email, I decided to phone them. Spoke with a very helpful chap in the order dept, who agreed it was unacceptable and would go off and see if he can send a voucher from his end as they have no direct contact with the voucher dept. Came back after a minute and said instead of filling in another voucher form which means more delay would I accept a credit to my account of £20 on my next bill and then get a refund from billing, which I accepted no problem. As he didn't have any contact with the voucher team if my voucher does arrive its just icing on the cake.
The email address you were asking in your previous post is just the same voucher team email on their website as far as I can see.

Well EE offered me Unl txts & mins + 18GB pm for £15.99 in direct competition to this deal.

There will be alternatives closer to the time. If not - get what ever deal Bt are offering at the time on a friend or family members name. I seem to remember that you are allowed to sell your mobile contract to somebody else (from MSE).

Bank the discount and then transfer it over?
x5gb to Libertas
1 Feb 16 #315
Yea, good idea about the family or friends name and then transfer. But thinking about it, can't see how you would be able to transfer over your number as the line would have been running on the other number for a while.

I didn't mean offers with Three, I meant I will go over to Three for a year and then see what BT have to offer the following year.
x5gb
1 Feb 16 #311
If BT only have the 3 sim deals they have at the moment, the haggling is going to be very limited unlike with another supplier, the best we can hope for is the £16 again but this time there won't be any cashback or voucher in which case I will be going over to Three for a year and then see what they have to offer once the acquisition of EE is all fanalised and they have full control of the network.

Well for sure BT didn't stick to their word about the voucher arriving within 30 days (or whatever it said upon claiming the voucher). I can only assume they had more orders than expected over the christmas period, but you will get it for sure. Im going monitor this thread throughout the year because it would be interesting to see what deals you all get if you were to haggle at the end of the year with retentions. Ring up and threaten to cancel and prior to this, research what other providers are offering so that you can explain this to them (although this time around you won't get cashback / voucher so it maybe still worthwhile going with another provider). If you feel your are happy with the service and don't want to go through the hassle of transferring, see what they offer you, if not happy, actually cancel, within about a week the retentions team will ring you back and offer the best deal they can to make your reconsider. Also, do as I did with my broadband deal, get in a friendly conversation with one of the team and maybe they will give you their direct email to contact them the next time your contract is about to run out and will hopefully offer the best deal / discount around at that time (instead of going through all the normal telephone cancellation hassle).

Thanks for this (link). Contacted them today, will share results.

Overall I have to say - fantastic deal all in.

Here's a question for you: Clearly, during the black friday/xmas period there will continue to be fantastic deals like this being offered. We are all in for the next 12 months which is great. Now, as these deals are often only for new customers only, what workaround can 'y'all' foresee, so that when it comes time to renew, we can still grab any bargins?

I hope you guys see that i'm trying to cover all bases, so that we are all set when the time comes!

I contacted them through this link

I filled in all my order details and told them when the order was placed, when the Sim was activated and when I claimed for the voucher. Explained it has been more than 30 days now since I claimed the Amazon Voucher but as yet haven't received it. They contacted me back three days later saying they will investigate which can take up to five working days which they didn't, so I responded to their email yesterday explaining this and asked if my voucher had now been sent. As above, they responded today apologising for the delay and that it had now been manually processed and will be despatched shortly and I should receive it within 15 days.

Voicemail is free.

Yes, it does come with roaming but looking at prices wouldn't bother, very expensive. Have a a back up Three Sim with Feel at Home for when I go to the States.

BT Mobile Call pricing:

http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/products/lib/pdf/BT_PhoneTariff_Residential.pdf?s_cid=con_FURL_tariffguide#page87

No issues or warnings when tethering for me while using Tether Me on ios 9 jailbroken but saying that hardly use it.

Only a few apps I use to get around chargeable calls or where theres no signal except for wifi:
Obvious candidates, WhatsApp, WeQ4U and Wonefone (where WeQ4U doesnt cover or international), Viber (international) and Hullomail for Visual VoiceMail.

I don't bother with My BT Sport Lite but if I wanted it could use a close family members details who has BT Sport Extra. BT Sport app works for me using Air through Kodi.

Wouldn't use public wifi for online banking but then again don't use online banking full stop due to all these security breaches.

Knowing BT more than likely the price will be bumped up at some point during contract but if they do you have the option of either leaving within a month of the price increase or can use it as a bargaining tool to re-negotiate your contract but it is unlikely you will be able to get it cheaper than this. Managed to re-negotiate my unlimited Infinity 1 and ended up getting it for £7.50 a month + line rental which was £2.50 cheaper than my initial deal but obviously no cashback or voucher this time due to to been an existing customer.

How would you guys feel about discussing some of the features and benefits of this sim package?

I'd like to know things that would be of use over the next 12 months - e.g:

Does this come with free voicemail?
Does this come with roaming?
Have there been any issues or warnings when tethering (possible on android - disabled on ios devices)?
Any apps you'd recommend?
Has anyone actually use BT sport lite - can it be view on your TV via cable or screen mirroring?
Do I have to be wary of any sort of extra charges that I might not know about or expect?
Do you recomend BT wifi out and about - are there security concerns - e.g banking - even if it is BT open wifi?
It is likely the price will be bumped up in march?
+ any others you can think of.

The voucher they can't contest, as long as you have all necessary screenshots, print outs of order process and bought within the times mentioned on the voucher website. They are investigating mine as well, told me takes up to 5 days via email. Its the cashback that worries me more as its supplied by a third party and BT can simply wash their hands of it if they are pressed on the matter.

9 Jan 16 #263
It is the 30th day for me today and I have contacted them via the voucher site to confirm when I will recieve my voucher( I didn't recieve my £100 Sainsbury Voucher for broadband exactly on the 30th day either, maybe upto a week afterwards so I'll see). My TopCashBack claim seems to be going smoothly at the moment and as already said was confirmed last week so have about another 2 and half weeks before I worry (going by the same timeline I received my Broadband cashback last year), my fingers are firmly crossed.

Just read in another Bt Mobile deal thread that it might be 30 days after the 14 day cooling off period as they want to make sure you don't cancel in that time, so if thats the case another 14 days for me.

Also TopCashBack mentions this under the terms for payment:

"Unless otherwise stated expect transactions for this retailer to appear within 24 hours. Transactions are usually confirmed within a month and should become payable within 30 - 60 days after the event date, unless otherwise indicated on the Avg Payment Speed Statistics."

Mine confirmed after a month last week so everything at moment going to plan.

Mine just went to confirmed on TopCashback but says payment is estimated to be 7 weeks from date of cashback claim (claim 6/12/contract start 8/12) which was the around the same time it took to receive my BT phone/broadband contract cashback last year(60 days, 7.57 weeks), so still a little while to go before I get worried.

Claimed the Amazon giftcard on the 10/12 and says will receive within 30 days of claim which was roughly what it took to get my Sainsbury £100 gift card last year (maybe slightly more) so no need to worry yet on that point either.

Libertas
17 Dec 15 #248
Tethering - iphone's seems to block this, as soon as carrier settings are updated.

Android - tetherin seems possible, but there is clearly some confusion. By tethering, do people mean turning the phone into a hotspot, or something else? I'm beginning to suspect that some people mean using it as a hotspot, where others might mean something different?

Software - those that have mentioned they tether, are not neccessairly using/mentioning vpn/apps to achieve this. However others do seem to recommend using apps to tether.

Comments/opinions/thoughts/experiences welcome.

Please contribute your expertise/ experiences. I suspectany would really benefit from this.

Please understand though, what I am saying is based on experience of BT Broadband orders but assume the same applies to BT Mobile orders. 17 Dec 15 #246
If your order is complete and have your sim activated then the VOL No cannot be changed as the order is complete. Even if it wasn't, as long as there are no major changes to your order during the time of inception and completion then it shouln't be changed but if you did have to ring during this time then I would make it clear to them the VOL No must not be changed under any circumstances.
x5gb
17 Dec 15 1 #244
Now just give them a ring and ask what was the VOL No of your last order for BT Mobile and see if it matches, if it has changed definitely no cashback, if it is the same then more than likely you should get your cashback. But there is no guarantee and if it still fails you can pass these details onto TopCashBack / Quidco to put in a claim and if everything matches up BT don't really have an argument not to pay.
Libertas to x5gb
17 Dec 15 #245
You mentioned that simply calling them or making an enquiry might cause the VOL no. to change - is my understanding right?
x5gb
17 Dec 15 1 #242
I kept an eye on my VOL No from beginning to completion on my orders page in MyBT. Once the order has completed as far as I am aware there is no way to check because your order summary page which includes both present and previous orders is hidden so the only way after completion is to ring them and ask. Im not sure though if they will keep a record of your original order inception VOL No if it is changed by them so you will have to look at your order confirmation email and find your original VOL No to see if it matches up with what BT gives you.

A VOL No looks like this:

the 3X's and 11X's (sometimes 12 which was in my case) are made up of numbers not unlike your AJM Order no.

Really appreciate your help x5gb,

Okay - I've checked through all the emails that were sent to me for the order process. I've found my VOL number!
x5gb
9 Dec 15 #199
The Vol no is the order no generated when you place the order, go on your account and look at your present or past orders and each will have a Vol No. As far as the broadband contracts are concerned this is where cashback was declined as sometimes the Bt Advisors change the Vol no when doing any updates to the order, if you make it clear to them that the Vol no musnt change and it stays the same there shouldn't be a problem with the cashback. Look back at some of the Bt Infinity deal threads on here for further explanation. I assume this is the way these Bt sim deals are declined, because they are changing the Vol no's when they are ringing you. The cashback companys can't claim the cashback if the Vol No is changed as it won't match up with the click you made when going through there site. I made sure my Vol no stayed the same between ordering and completion so expect my cashback to be paid without incident.

x5gb - Really appreciate your input, especially on behalf of those of us, new to this mechanism.

Would you please post a mock VOL number (but with the correct format) - so that I know what I should be looking for?

Second - could I ask how you checked if it had been changed - was it through chat, phone or email?

How were you able to ensure they kept the VOL number the same, when you contacted them?

Thanks again - Libertas.

I normally Google 'Say no to 0870' and use them sites. Less accessible than apps, but does the job for me. For me to use call these numbers, I normally need to sit down and look into issues before I call them, so I have access to my laptop anyway, so not too much of an issue for me.

I believe you can only check this online while an open order is in progress as when you enter the progress it lists all your present and past orders. As you cannot do that now the only way would be to ring them ask for the VOL No associated with your sim order and then either check it against your emailed order or if you trust them ask was my VOL No the same from online order inception to completion. If you try to complain about the Cashback they will wash their hands of it and say that BT have nothing to do with it and say it is a third party who is advertising it and to go to them to complain. Of course that is complete b*** because 1, where do they get the permission to advertise it and 2, and more importantly where does that commission payment come from in the first place? Thin Air, I don't think so, its, let me think about it! Oh yeah, BT!!

Unless you kept an eye on your order from start to finish then no and even then its not guaranteed, did it all go smoothly or did you get a phone call or did you have to phone them. Also, not only is the cashback at risk, so is the Amazon/iTunes gift card as they've told people on previous deals they are not eligible when clearly they are, its a lottery. I did their Black Friday broadband deal last year and made sure the VOL No stayed the same and got the cashback as well as the Sainsbury £100 giftcard so hoping if I decide to stay with them the cashback/giftcard come through.

I assume that BT's access to the full capability of EE's infrastructure will be less than 100%, as after all they are seperate entities (at the moment). After merger completes, they will get full whack access?

Also, is there a way to ask quidco to ascertain whether BT has any issues with my cashback claim or not?

No cashback, then I'm out.
x5gb
12 Dec 15 1 #230
If your cashback doesn't come through surely you'll be stuck with them for at least the contract term as you'll be passed your 14 day cancellation period but as long as your VOL No stayed the same from confirmed order to activation I don't see that been a problem. In regards to the merger I don't see how that will improve the signal as it will still be the same network, please elaborate.

12 Dec 15 1 #228
After testing this out and about in London, Phone signal nowhere near as good as Giffgaff (o2) while its the opposite for 4g Internet, BT (EE) is phenomenal compared to Giffgaff. Just wish the BT call quality was better, in two minds whether to stay with BT or jump ship while still within the 14 day cancellation.

This would be useful to many many people:

Android Phone - how do you prevent/block 'update carrier settings'?

(Apparently - if you do - it locks out tethering).

e.g - I've put the sim in my Note 3 - what next?

Can the desirable sections of the 'carrier update settings' be updated manually (sms/mms) - whilst leaving the tethering in play?

Thanks to any that are willing to contribute.

For those who are wondering about signal, I've got a dual Sim phone and the bars are the same with EE and bt Sim cards, I know they use the same network, but some people may think you don't get the same level of signal after doing tests all morning I'm convinced it's the same.

There are multiple complaints by users of bt infinity broadband. People that have been away on holiday, with fully secured wireless networks, being told they have surpassed their download limits.

There are multiple reports that people are complaing to ofcom about this. One person was clear - by changing from bt hub 4 to bt hub 2, they solved the false reporting.

If this can happen with their landline broadband offerings, what's the chance that their monitoring systems for bt mobile is also suspect?

Also, while the data speed is a massive improvement over Giffgaff (theres no denying that), the telephone call reception in my house (North London) is no where near as good as Giffgaff. Was getting at least three bars with very good call quality with Giffgaff but am only getting one bar while making calls (strangely when not on a call it shows two bars) with BT and call quality leaves alot to be desired, alot of clipping of voices and a gargled sound quality.

With regards to the quick data loss, mines slowed down now it seems. Used 300mb today so its back to how i was using EE 4G 10GB tariff (so far). The ONLY change i made was installing a APP called Greenify, which lets you choose which apps to put into 'hibernation'. I've stuck all my apps into hibernation except from 3. So in 3 days ive used 2.3GB of data and i don't even watch youtube, only the odd small video clip on social media or something. The greenify app has also dramatically saved a lot of battery life, 14 hour day my battery would be dead by now but its currently on 17% using this app... So i highly recommend it.

The only real true way to monitor its accuracy is what X5GB said. But it wont hurt you to add a third party app that monitors data usage.
x5gb
9 Dec 15 #203
Only way would be to use identical phones with both a EE sim card in one with normal 4gee speed(not double) and a Bt sim in the other and stream the same content for the same amount of time and check both with a internet data usage app. Anyway BT would more than likely deny it and say the apps are streaming at a higher bitrate without compression due to the increased 4g speed.

Just checking I got the right 'lean' of your post.

My assertions was based on evidence, from a multiple forum members - see above - post #190 & #191, from a previous 20gb BT sim only (plus cashback) deal.

What is a Vol Number?

I received a call on my landline - granted it was their sms service for landlines. Had I entered a mobile number druing the signing up process - I may have received a sms txt instead.

The second call that followed about 90 seconds later - number withheld - so I don't know who it was.

If my cash-back gets accepted - I will add a correction, without modifying what I've already posted.

If it's declined - I'm backing out of my mobile contract and my multiple business contracts with them.

Libertas

The terms and conditions are explicit.

The transaction has to be wholly completed on-line.

If they call you to 'check some details' or if you call them - they will reject your cash-back.

If you read my posts above, they've used this tactic before.

I suspect there is a budget given for promotions. Once the cashback limit has been reached, they find ways to decline your cashback.

jameshothothot, a very little bit of streaming on NBA Game Time app and a little browsing and my meter went down over 400mb, on Giffgaff I watched highlights on a regular basis and barely touched 1.5gb in the whole month, have been on wifi the last day so can't give any updates, maybe the others can. This cashback lark must be verging on been fraud, as when you speak to them not to touch your order in anyway they say they have nothing to do with the cashback sites and are not responsible if they don't pay, which is complete nonsense as where else do the cashback sites get there money (commission). Its just completely wrong they are allowed to advertise these deals and not pay up when the orders are completed whether they are touched or not and do everything in there power to stop the payout.

I've gone for this deal through quidco.

I do not have any other BT services. Ordered sim only 20gb deal on 07/12/15. Recorded the whole process, from beginning to end (video) - in case something like this might happen to me.

During the signup process, you are asked to provide your details (naturally) - including an existing contact number. I choose to use my landline number - in the correct box (not the 'if you are an existing BT customer field, enter your number here').

The following morning (just before nine), I heard the phone (landline) ring.
Couldn't get to it in time - so did 1471 - and returned the call:

'Hello this is BT. Just to confirm that you have set up on-line billing with BT. If you did not, please let us know at http://www.bt.com/letusknow. Message sent at 09:06pm [last night].'

Although the message claims this sms was sent last night at 21:06 last night, it was only delivered (via landline) the following morning.

So - soon this after I jumped in the shower, and heard the land line ring-out again. When I got to the phone I did 1471:
'Sorry, this number has been witheld...'.

I recorded both on my voice recorder - and in addition to my videoing the whole signup process - I have the evidence first hand. I will not go ahead with the deal, if the cash-back is declined for any reason.

It had indeed tracked on quidco, on the evening of order. And is still visible now - Payable 11th Jan.

I did some speed tests (LG G4) using both the EE sim and then the BT sim from home and got almost identical speeds on the download and upload. Interestingly I got 4G+ symbol displayed on the phone never saw this with Three mobile on the same handset only ever 4G displayed. I think therefore the top BT plan uses the EE double speed 4G.

Say no, confirm the home phone number and address for the discount, then proceed to set up a new BT account with seperate bills, direct debit, contact info etc

not had one rejected or declined yet and made over £500 in 2 years

P.S if you dont have an account i can give you a link that give you some vouchers. £5 Amazon vouchers

3 Dec 15 #136
when is your broadband/home phone up to be renewed and will you go with a different company.. if you plan on going with a different company then i would say T-mobile. cos once you move your home phone away from BT i will beat your £16 a month SIM only deal will be moved to £20-21 but remember you get £20 vouchers and £63 from TCB if u move to BT SIM only Deal. so may still work out cheaper.

But if you stay with BT phone line. remember you get £20 vouchers and £63 from TCB. so move to BT. (if you get a good signal)

EDIT. Move to BT. better deal. and you get the £20 vouchers and £63 from TCB plus unlimited wifi. after the voucher and TCB works out to be around £9-10 a month (if you on a £16 per month one)

Took the deal and it worked out £16 a month deal price
£20 amazon voucher - available when sim is active
£60 quidco cashback - tracked
12 month contract - works out £9 a month (I dont count pennies)

All BT Mobile plans come with unlimited access to BT Wi-fi.

BT Wi-fi is the UK's largest wi-fi network with over 5 million hotspots on-the-go.

Simply download the BT Wi-fi app to let you connect whenever you're in range of a hotspot so that you don't use your data allowance unnecessarily.

>>> can anyone confirm if this is BT-FON i.e. people's home-wifi hub doubles up for third party access to BT network, or just the cafe etc? 5 million suggests it is homes?!

Thanks for everyone who says tethering works. Quite a few of you. This is consistent with one or two comments on other forums including BT. Though there has been one case of a guy saying got charged 50 quid. But did he run over his allowance?

I think android to android is harder to detect than android to pc tethering? Which is fine by me. What about if you use those apps like foxfi. Do they tell the provider an app is using data rather than the phone's tethering?

Some people mentioned using vpn. Any good free recommendations? I use hola. But I worry if I use it on a tablet I am tethering to that it will upload and eat my data allowance? Though that 20gb helps!!

A question only a 12 year old would ask. A contract is a contract, particularly with mobile phone contracts its quite known that you cant just wiggle out of any contract easily if at all. You pay the remainder or simply quit looking for cheaper deals after signing up to a contract in the first place. It would appear that tethering (using the phone data as a wireless hotspot) is not available on and iPhone but is available on an Android device. (as previously mentioned - if you decline the automatic carrier updates and you previously had the Hotspot option on your iPhone, then you will still be able to tether)

It would be nice for people, when mentioning whether or not you can tether, to include your mobile device.

I am on an iPhone 6 - I can definitely not tether because that option was removed from the settings menu when I accepted the automatic carrier update

I think this was one of the reasons I left the iPhone stable. Carriers like BT can disable the HotSpot feature on the iphone via the Sim card, where its harder to do on Android phones. (Someone please correct me if this is no longer correct).

Otherwise this deal would have been awesome. As a Three user, I like the unlimted aspect but their speed has a lot to be desired. My wife is on EE (which BT piggy backs off) and it's so much quicker.

Ah sorry, its easy for Android users, not so much iOS :P

Android Users - http://www.mobile-stream.com/easytether/android.html, this app does all the job, it doesn't require root or anything so is perfect for any user and can be purchased on Google Play Store ( however it often goes on free when Amazon does their free apps bundles ), there is a lite version if you wanna try that first, worth the money for developers as the app is really excellent.

For iOS Cyndia does the same with similar excellent app, however it's not as easy as Android as it requires jailbreak so that singles out most users I guess, https://intelliborn.com/mywi.html

You can easily tether with any mobile provider whether they allow it or not.. there are several apps that do it for you as well if one can google.. one minus is that when using youll have to use mobile links (since your user agent will be as if traffic is coming from mobile ) so some websites looks strange on desktop but still its fine.

Anyway great deal if you have BT, if not 3 has AYCE for 18 quid..

I'm being daft but just to confirm this works out to be £10.08 per month after cashback/gift?

Via Topcashback £16 a month for unlimited mins, 20gb of data and unlimited texts = £192 a year, minus £63 cashback and £20 amazon voucher = £109. Total per month therefore is £9.08.

Re: BT Mobile SIM only plans - Tethering?

Hi snowglider,

Thanks for postiong. We don't support tethering because using many devices on one mobile service quickly uses up your allowance and can lead to out of plan charges. Therefore we want to make sure you're always connected on your mobile, and have the right plan for your mobile needs.

Cheers

On my iPhone 6 on EE contract I had the option to tether in the settings menu.

I installed the BT sim and after 10 mins or so I got a message (not sure if text message or a pop up of some kind) saying a new carrier had been detected - do I want to update the settings. Previously this would set up the APNs for email and data, for MMS/SMS etc. so I elected to do so. The next time I tried to tether to another device the option to do so was missing from the settings menu.

It is documented on the BT website that they do not allow tethering

They definitely do not allow tethering which does seem ridiculous !! I'm pretty certain that on an iPhone, if you do not update the carrier settings when prompted you may still be able to tether to another device (assuming you had that option previously) but once you update the tethering option disappears.

BT's reason is that they wouldn't want you to use up your data too quickly and then incur charges to use extra ?? go figure !!

Good bye 3 hello bt : )

Ive been with bt mobile since april. Have not had any problems with them. And internet is consistently fast at 30mbps at all times of the day. I use to be with o2, and also vodafone, but BT mobile beats both of them in terms of network coverage and data speed. Dont know about customer service though, as I havent had the need to call them yet (which also shows BT mobile is good with no problems).

Im paying £20 a month for the 20gb tariff, so this deal is well worth it. £16 plus quidco/TCB plus gift card. Cant get better than this.

BT uses EE so it should be much better coverage than any other network but again it depends on where you live ..... I am with Vodafone too but have loads of problems with network coverage. I would like to get this deal as there is no better deal available for thisuch data for £16 but my contract expires in March so ....
