What's the difference between this and the £33 Vivy?
My T40 has stopped working (barcode scanner won't read the barcodes) so need a replacement.

The Vivy is newer and more compact but has a water tank for 0.7L only. This is the T20 with 1.5L capacity but works exactly the same way with same technology. I bought this a month ago from Curry at the same price and will not hesitate to recommend it.

I like vanilla lattes. I'm new to this as well and there has been a lot of talk about new recipes not being as good. Can anyone recommend any?

Go for the Costa Americano discs and buy a milk frother.

I've had my machine about three years now. They got rid of my very favourite, an italian espresso intenso. The caramel latte is very nice indeed

Was looking at the 1252 for £33. This is cheaper and better. Thanks.
Perfect for straight black coffees and hot choc.

Excellent price heat added. However.............
Any of the disks that have "milk" are absolute carp and are very expensive. TBH you are better off getting a Nespresso and using CoffeeMate the pods are cheaper. I have a tassimo in the cupboard which I paid nearly 3 times as much as this, the "improved blends" are atrocious - please don't waste your money on this, you have been warned.
Pods are £3 odd for 16 (at co-op and amazon), making it 18p per cup plus bit of milk, that is the same price if buying bean to cup machine and a lot less hassle with tassimo.

I use the expresso diskes and plain milk out of the microwave frothed up a bit exact the same but cheaper.
