Thanks for making me spend £105 now:{
Northerndave to Hardawan
29 Nov 15#61
Correction, you'll spend £108.50 as you need to factor the £3.50 return fee when the clothes arrive and you find they are poor quality, mis-sized and then shrink after one wash.

Apologies in advance, just re-read my post and it may scan that way but this post wasn't a gloat. I do hope you get what you ordered and all is well with it. My prev experience of TL wasn't that positive though.

"Fuss free returns with pre-paid labels"... which the customer pays for.
Please note that our Hermes Returns and other pre-paid services are subject to a fee of £3.50. This is pre-paid for your convenience, so you can just print your label and send your parcel off. The fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.
Wow, I didn't think companies still tried to pull this kind of misleading crap any more.
Edit: removed hyphen from "fuss free", because the site doesn't have one. I'm sure this is intentional, so the average customer just reads "free returns", "pre-paid", and thinks returns are free.

Voted cold, crap quality, marks that won't come out from new, shrink when washed and small sizing....shall I go on?
TXBXN to utopiangames
25 Nov 15#23
perhaps you should learn how to wash clothes properly. I.e. stop them from shrinking. I've had Tokyo Laundry items before which have never shrunk. Guess I can read a label and you can't. As for the quality, for the money it's very good. Or are you one of these types that will go into "Superdry" and spend £30 on a crappy tat t-shirt which allows you fast track entry into the walking stereotype "human doing" moronistic sheeple? Yeah, thought so.

Colours fade quite easily on their clothes, wash at 30° not 40°, you'll get a little more life out of them that way.
