same thing happened to me at first... after i entered the verification code it showed a blank screen, i then refreshed the screen and it showed correctly with all instructions and the code at the bottom

I think a code like this is fine, if you try to put in 2 x say 12+1 codes then the 2nd gets rejected, any promotional type.

These are just standard so I think they will stack. Give me a few mins and il let you know
