Just paid for standard delivery. Bought 2 X 32gb if value changes option.

Mine has a Royal Mail tracking number.
Did you both pay for next day delivery or the standard 5 working days ?

Lost mine too. DPD provide full tracking right up to scheduled delivery slot - then delayed, delayed. Gave up hope at 10pm. Said Monday, but we'll see. Phones Currys today not bothered, can cancel and get money back in 5 days!! Shocking customer service from both companies.

I've just purchased two of the 32GB models with home delivery. Quidco tracked very quickly at the 10% rate. The cashback tracked for the exVAT amount.

That's a disaster for everyone who's collected then . . .

It doesn't mention anything about being 1% if collected !!

Both my reserved and delivered orders have tracked at 1%. I did both orders on separate PCs (home + work).

Quidco support have just confirmed on email that only delivered iPads get the 10% cashback.
In-store collections are 1%.

My reserve and collect tracked at 1% but I ended up buying one to be delivered and that tracked at 10%.

My Quidco has tracked at £19.08 but I didn't do reserve and collect.

can anyone who has a premium quidco account ask support if we get the 10% from reserve and collect orders for these?

As per the comment above from Gari189. I have spoken with Quidco who have told me that once the cash back has been confirmed it will go up to the 10% off but while tracking it just states the normal 1%. They are going to make this clearer on the Currys page on their site. Just thought I would let people know in case you were thinking of ringing/emailing them.

Might be worth just taking a screen shot of the offer in case it doesn't rise once confirmed.

Quidco says 1% for instore reserve and collect so I cancelled my reservation as I want the 10%.
Have re-ordered and paid online and it is due to be delivered in 5 working days.
I could have gone along this evening and picked it up.
Both the reservation and online order have tracked at 1%.

Just to note too that the cash back doesn't apply to the VAT part, so if it comes out as 10% it'll be a little more than the prices states on here (I make it £173.25 for the 16gb)

It is perfectly normal for Quidco to track at its normal rate for Currys and then later on for it to be increased to the promotional rate. In my tracking email it says this

"Cashback look lower than expected? Don't worry, this retailer will update the amount when your purchase is confirmed.

But worth taking a screenshot just in case...

likewise opted for this over the JL as the10% quidco swings the balance on this being the better deal. screenshot taken, but I don't expect it to be a big fight as very clearly advertised!

Tracked at 1%, but when i go to file a claim it says this is normal and wait - can anyone tell me how to "wait"

Just bought 32Gb one, has tracked as 1% on Quidco, hoping it will be updated later as it does say 10% for ipads.

It will take an hour or so before you get the email, I only received mine.

It does state on Quidco not to worry if it doesn't show the full amount yet, this will change when confirmed.

Brilliant deal! The 10% quidco is presumably on the pre-VAT price (which is £190.83 for the 32GB), so I would hope Quidco pay out £19.08 on the 32GB, effectively bringing the cost down for that model to £209.92.
