think you would be better off getting an xiaomi powerbank rhey in a different leauge quality wise.i have two both off banggood.i also have this one and a anker one and rhis is the poorest of the three.the anker 16000 lasts as long as this 22000 and they xiaomi 16000 lasts longer than both it will charge my g.flex 2 nearly four times if the phone is off.this one is cheap for a reason it isnt as good simple as that.think the xiaomi one is 17 pound on banggood

I bought this deal nice one op, I must say for £13 it's a bargain been after one for ages and the cheap one I bought off eBay lasted 1 charge. This one has done my iPad s5 and 4s quite easily, surprised how good it is, although it is very heavy and chunky.
Does anyone know how long you should charge this for? And will a normal phone or tablet charge work ok? Or?

The op has put a discount code at the bottom of the description.
It has gone up just a few pence though

I had this turn up the other day, I've done one charge cycle and it took 20400mAh to charge from completely flat to completely full. Ok, that's 2000mAh short of the quoted capacity but I rarely find that any Lithium battery ever gives the completely full quoted amount. Anyway, it's quite close and well worth the £13.

And I often carry home 10kg bags of spuds, but that doesn't mean I'd enjoy lumping them around on holiday....fool?

Bought it when it was £19.99 and it's really good - use it all the time when I go travelling - no problem carrying it in hand luggage!
iphone 5/5c batteries are only 1540mah, should clearly get more than 3, more like 10 with change!

If only it did do 10 charges. Sent it back today as I must have a faulty unit as it did 3 at best on the iPhone 5.
Let's hope the new 1 is better

I don't understand why people are moaning saying that these "don't hold charge" or "don't have the right mAh", maybe they have a bad unit? I have used mine everyday since the time I bought it (Black friday deal) and It has charged my Moto X Play up enough times for a week! The Moto X Play has a 3630mAh and it charges that for the week so the cells are definitely not bad ones either! Count this as a Hot Deal considering what you get for your money

Heavy 462g...If you are like me and travel hand luggage only on your travels this would be far too much to carry....But...

Yes because carrying all that 462g will break your arms won't it, I buy blocks of cheese heavier than that in Tesco!

You can barely pick up a pair of high quality 18650s for this price, so you have to wonder about the quality of the cells this is filled with.

Well these would be unprotected cells which aren't too pricey. There is a video on youtube that used to be posted in deals for this item in which the guy tested capacity and did a tear down of the device in great detail. Obviously time has passed since this and the cells in use could have changed but as long as each 18650 (of which there are :sunglasses: has around 2600 mAh capacity then the total capacity can believed.
I have one I bought a long time ago, and capacity seems to be greater than my 16000 mAh Anker. The only thing I prefer the Anker for is the 'PowerIQ' ports. Having to remember which device charges best in which port on this EC Tech one is a pain.

had mine for just less than 1 year. initially worked fine but now I can get 2-3 charges for a nexus 6 so I can see the battery lasting less and less..also the sides started to open, it is definitely not robust

Great item - got mine in the last deal and surprised how much I've used it. . . and not what I'd planned to use it for  Perfect to keep a tablet charged when it's low but you want to use, or charging when out and about.

Excellent device, really well made (important with LIPO batteries) -not sure its capacity is really quite as high as stated but a no brainier at this price

This is ideal for a weeks wild camping or similar. I can get 5 charges out of it with a 3000ah battery. Its the same size as a 5.5" phone (obviously thicker/heavier). I don't find the weight much of an issue tbh.

I have a few different sized power bank and this one is the biggest. Good if you staying in one place and need to charge but not good for portability. If you need a power bank on the go this one is not it but perfect if you sat down or stationery and need to charge. Examples are aeroplanes or in a car or train charge kids tabs and devices. Also in hotel rooms offices or desks.
