Title says it all really; all the 'Open Box' items that were on offer at 15% off (when you checkout) are now 30% off (when you checkout).

Discount applies automatically when you go through checkout

Only a small subset of Warehouse items are illegible so follow the deal link and select from there. If you go via the main Warehouse link you will have to add something to the basket and proceed to checkout to see if it's eligible which is pointless as Amazon have given a page which shows only the eligible products. So it's not expired it's just that deal wasn't made idiot proof! :)

Was looking at my bank account online and noticed that £60 was paid into my account 28 days after I applied for it. I'd assumed it had been rejected so this was a pleasant suprise. Equally as pleasant was the amount which was £60 as opposed to the £30 I was expecting. So £114 for a Sony RX100 in As New condition.
The transfer was from WorldPay AP Ltd.

I ordered 2 anti-slip car boot liners which are a perfect fit. I wouldn't have paid £63 each r.r.p. for them, but to have both delivered for a total cost of £5 is brilliant, not counting the £2 digital credit I've received. What's more, they are brand new. Many thanks for posting this.

I got the Olympus TG850 Waterproof camera with tilting screen I got from Amazon Germany warehouse deals with 30% discount for £90. It was in new condition as far as I could tell with no fingerprints. Just need to get a UK power cable to fit the power adapter as came with EU cable but should be able to get that for a couple of quid.

The description said there was a scratch on screen Upto 1cm long but I can't find any scratch and looks brand new. Haven't taken photos yet as need to find my spare memory cards. But power up fine and had multi face detection, full HD, flash and video light and waterproof to 15 metres, shoch proof to 7 feet falls and 100kg weight and freeze proof to -10C. Bought the older model as didn't need the WiFi and gps and preferred the older model for better battery life. The newer model wasn't far off this price on warehouse but was snapped up as I hesitated a couple of days to buy.

Really pleased with this as new purchase even though was sold as with scratches on screen.

Even the manfrotto compact action tripod with photo video head that I also got for about £40 and looked new too but box had some damage.

The Panasonic LX100 Camera in silver was brand new as well apart from open box which was obvious.

Really pleased with the warehouse purchases.

A lot of hard work and a bit of luck. They have the power to do it if they think they can sell of some opened stock. I quoted prices elsewhere saying I could get one new cheaper than they were charging for an opened one and even said I'd buy elsewhere instead.

I have recently purchase an iphone 6 from Amazon Warehouse with a very similar description, came brand new - no scratches were visible from the naked eye!

But I guess it is case of trail and error, most may come in really good condition, however I have purchased a book before listed as 'very good' from Amazon and the front of the book was ripped completely through the middle - couldn't work out how they assessed that one

Best of luck nonetheless xx

Just picked up a WD Black 4Tb harddrive for £71.
Will check condition when it arrives, and if not great, can just return.
However, WD Black drives come with a 5 year warranty, so thinking will probably keep it, as seems like a great bargain, description was used - very good, but in different packaging.
Amazon offer a 1 year warranty, but WD will have a 5 year warranty, (or what's left depending on the manufacture date)
New these are £163 on amazon

Just received a Bluetooth speaker I bought from Amazon Warehouse described as being in "very good condition", just opened the box and promptly closed it again ready to return; the item was covered in grime, some strange white residue and had sand everywhere.

Amazon CS offered a 10% reimbursement but I wouldn't even want to touch the thing even they gave it to me free of charge... Having read so many other negative comments on the condition of items received by others, I don't think I'll ever be using Amazon warehouse again.

I think it's definitely luck of the draw, and worth trying as it's no risk really apart from return postage. The LG G4 I received (that shouldn't even have been included in the 30% off deal) was perfect apart from maybe having no manufacturer screen sticker. The screen had not been touched at all and came complete with changeable grey back cover, headphones and charger all manufacturer sealed as new. Now updated to Marshmallow 6.0 and I've got a bargain at £214.

Just checked my Panasonic LX100 now and Looks brand new apart from resealed box. No fingerprints visible at all. Mentioned scratch on screen 0.5 to 1cm on purchase but can't see any damage and not even a fingerprint on it anywhere. The USB cable and other accessories aren't even out of their original sealed pack. God knows why it was returned. Now am paranoid seeing the horror stories of others and need to click photos and videos to double check the camera is OK seeing your experience with the rx100

Just had a chat battle to get 30% off an LG G4 'Very Good' Condition phone (£214.56). It was noted on my account that they would do this as a one time offer a few days ago, and to contact them when I had placed my order for the discount to be applied. On chat tonight they said that chat agent was wrong to offer that and the best they could do was £40 off.

Persevered and said I'd go to eBuyer instead and finally got him to honour the deal. Will report back on the phones condition once received on Tuesday.

Yeah. I sent them the link via chat and asked if it was in the offer. He initially said no, and I asked if there was a way to search for items eligible for the offer. He went away for a few minutes, then came back and said he'd apply the discount manually. I ordered at full warehouse price and then he discounted it by 30%.

I didn't push it especially, and was quite surprised to get the discount.

Will have to wait and see if it is in the advertised condition.

No an AEG one. I'm avoiding the warehouse deals now lol, out of 4 things I've had one safety gate as described, a Good rated vacuum that wouldn't charge, a Like New vacuum which had clearly been used for quite a while and was not only filthy but also scuffed all over and a twinpack of safety gates which only contained one gate and no fittings! Seems as though you can return anything to Amazon for a refund even with half the product being in there, that's the worst thing.

Thank you for your quick reply. But for some reason when I tried to activate window it said wrong product key and asked me to retype a new product key. Same thing happen when I tried to upgrade to window 10, it also asked me to input the product key. So do u think there's problem with the item? Or what alternative way to get it right? Thanks

I have ordered a Hozelock 40m autoreel which arrived yesterday in new condition albeit reboxed in a plain box and the wall mount screws missing.

These have both come from the Fife disty centre.

Warehouse seems very much luck of the draw, some people saying they got essentially new items whereas others buying 'very good' etc condition items are getting poor condition stuff.

the lg G4 I ordered 'used very good' came in a tatty box (description did say packaging damaged, but nothing else) but the phone had no screen protector on, no earphones, and the charger it came with was clearly someone's very old very broken third party charger and cable. Spoke to CS and got 15% off. Can't fault the CS and overall it came to a bargain price for a current (for a short while) flagship but mixed bag in terms of accuracy of description/grading...

Got my Sony 50w805c today. Described as 'very good - damaged packaging, item pristine. Box was a bit grubby with minor damage but still sealed. TV is brand new, so a great bargain for £362. Reading the comments, looks like I've been lucky.

Received an Ashton guitar that I ordered in "good" condition. There was literally a hole on the back of the body. One of the strings was missing, and bridge was part broken. The box was in worst condition you can imagine. So far, I have kept three items and returned three items due to condition. Anything I ordered in "good" condition showed up in really terrible condition. Anything in "very good" condition showed up well. I will keep using warehouse only for items in "very good" condition or above. Never ever "good" condition.

BT twin Cordless phones - Brand new no damage

I'd speak to them again, if I was you. I suspect that how they deal with your issue depends a lot on which customer service person you end up talking to.

That said, I won't be buying from Amazon Warehouse again, the fact my parcel got stolen between the delivery depot and my house combined with all of these horror stories about broken/missing/misrepresented items has put me off. Both under the same used/damaged box listings. Both arrived with a couple of other things I bought at the same time. Both brand new, BenQ seal was still on. Only damage? There must have been some sort of parcel tape on ONE of the boxes that had then been peeled off leaving that rough patch feeling on the box.

Unfortunately I share the experiences of everyone else.
Thought this was a great promotion, purchased a ink cartridge set (only open box), a Logitech mouse (small scratch on it apparently) and steamer (totally complete very good open box)

Ink arrived with yellow toner used and back in box, so empty and other toners had been opened

Mouse arrived looking like it had been used for the past ten years! In a terrible state

Steamer pieces were loose in an Amazon box, no packing and incomplete. Plug pins bent over

All in all, terrible and not very pleasing experience. I have learnt my lesson but also complained to Amazon about listing description as these were all "Very Good" or new just "open box"

I've had nothing but tatty, dirty items sold as 'like new' or 'used - very good'. The definitions of the grades do not match up to what's being shipped out, no care is taken when grading the products. Waste of time imo, I'd rather pay 30% more for the new item.

The customer service people at Amazon have the authority to allow you to have a brand new item at the cost of the warehouse item you bought, if there are no other warehouse items available in the same or better condition as the one you purchased. I assume they'd also be able to adjust the price of a better condition warehouse item the the price you paid, too. However, if you don't ask, you don't get.

Be warned.

I ordered a chair and a microwave.

The microwave was so dented it was essentially unsafe and instead of the chair I received a winnie the pooh cot bed which the delivery driver said we would have to take up with amazon.

It had my name on the box.

Amazon then said I couldn't have another chair unless I paid full price as none left in warehouse deal, then offered me price before 30% and when I asked to escalate to a complaint they relented and took off the 30% so I'm back where I started, albeit without the microwave I sent back and awaiting a chair that might yet be someones order of a coat for a dog.

Most probably someone has taken some parts from yours Sony Home Theatre System and sent back to amazon ,They obviously did not check that and sent to you.
Same as this ps4,xbox one packs without games(they only see box ps4+uncharted collection pack but they don't check if that game is inside or even ps4:).

My Sony 50w805c TV came wrapped with very thin clear tape(I dont know exactly name of that tape but it must have taken ages to tape box like that ..)
You can see them in office usually..You dont expect company like amazon use tape like that.
Inside was one big mess (batteries, remote control loose, manuals cut by TV,styrofoam smashed )
It looked like someone **** off just thrown Tv back to box and sent back to amazon ...
Pure amateur.
I did contact Amazon and they wanted me to send this back and pay for transport back because I want to sent this back haha.

Have you worked there then?

It isn't my interpretation, I know someone who used to work there and part of the job was grading returns.

The website states "We thoroughly test the functional and physical condition of each item"
Not, "we use a third party tool to run some random tests but don't actually bother to switch the item on"

What the case is, they have employed a load of temp immigrants who don't actually bother testing anything, just take it out the box, sometimes put it back in and tape it back up ready for shipment. They don't care, they just take the money and run. I live local to the distribution centre and I know they are immigrants as they fare dodge on the train every day and just last week the train was delayed and police called because they refused to pay or get off the train. These are all Amazon workers.

Suppose they have to get cheap labour that don't care as they are a terrible company to work for.
Picerious
22 Dec 15 #756
How they grade the item is by checking if there is any cosmetic damage, they also run a quick hardware functionality test to see if any hardware is failing using a third party tool which doesn't need the item to be turn't on, I'm guessing you actually think they turn on each individual item and wait for it to load up to the start screen? testing can be classed as anything, it is just your interpretation of it

its a lottery with warehouse stuff. the returned items are probably in the same section on the shelf and probably get moved around so regardless of inspection condition they dont know which one they pick out for despatch. the boxes with the warehouse sticker dont tell you either that you got a 'Like New', 'Good' condition item which would make sense if they did.

I have bought Sony DAV-TZ140 home cinema system supposedly in "Good" condition. It arrived, speakers were kind of thrown into the box, they were in scratches all over, dirty, nothing was packed even though original packages were still in the box. No batteries on remote, no guide whatsoever. Must have been used for 3-4 months. I would call it more "Terrible" condition. Returned.

I ordered Tassimo machine and a pasta maker in "Very good" condition and both arrived fully unused and almost new, not perfectly packed though.

22 Dec 15 #747
You're missing the point - this is a warehouse deal. This means, according to their own website, that the item has been returned for whatever reason, FULLY tested and then repacked and put back on sale at a reduced rate.

Clearly this wasn't fully tested if there are apparent faults the moment you switch it on.

If it was a new product which Amazon obviously haven't tested then thats a different issue, its the fact they are saying they are testing them.

From their warehouse page:
How do you evaluate a product's condition?
We thoroughly test the functional and physical condition of each item and give the product a specific grade before selling it.
Picerious
22 Dec 15 #746
Technically it isnt Amazon's issue, the manufacturer is having that issue, the item is covered by warranty which is why they do ask if you wish for it to be sent off to the manufacture for a fix, this is a well known Lenovo issue and there isnt much Amazon can do apart from ask to have it fixed for you which they did in my case

The Sonos sound bar with sub and surrounds blows any separates for the same price out of the water. But anyway.
jrw to user name
22 Dec 15 #744
No, no it doesn't.

A surround set up in Sonos kit will be around £1400-1500.

A seperates for this money will blow the Sonos out the water. I know, my neighbour has one and I have two Seperates set ups in my house. I have a Onkyo and Kef egg combo in the living room (around £600) and to be honest I would say that the Sonos has the edge. In my cinema room I have a Yamaha Amp and Monitor Audio speakers (new cost is around £1300 but i bought second hand speakers and a new amp for £400) and this blows the Sonos out the water.

I have a few sonos speakers around the house and a Sonos connect for my HiFi connected to a Rega amp and the sound quality is amazing for what they are but sorry, they can't compete with a separates at the price point that they are.

Sound bars are designed to or advertised as such to replace 5.1 systems. They are for people who want to boost the sound of their LCD TV with tinny speakers.

I have just bought my parents a Denon Sound base for Xmas as they have an ancient Sony 5.1 surround system which my mum doesn't like the speakers cluttering up the living room so this is the best compromise.

A Soundbar is a sound bar, a seperates 5.1/7.2 system is something entirely different and can't be compared.
jayjayuk1234
22 Dec 15 1 #742
Digital sound projector...... Soundbar...... , call it what ya like, the concept is the same, most of them attempt some sort of virtual surround to trick your ears, it will never ever recreate the sound of a proper home cinema setup, whether you spend £100 or £1500 on one, don't believe the marketing hype!

If you're just looking to slightly improve/boost your TV audio, then fine go buy a £100 kit and be done with it, home cinema isn't for everyone, but remember that is all you're doing, slightly improving your TV sound, so budget accordingly, spending near £400 is just folly, yeah it may sound 'slightly' better than the £100 kit you bought, or at least that's what you'll try to justify in your head after spending that sort of money, but you will still be a veritable mile away from having a proper home cinema setup, stop kidding yourself

Bought a Lenovo Z50 15.6-Inch Notebook AMD A10-7300 last week for £222 - allegedly in "very good" condition. Thought it was a hot deal, but it doesn't work. Screen flickers constantly from switch on. As some of the other unlucky purchasers have said - "who checks this stuff?".

This is the 3rd piece of electrical equipment I've bought from Amazon Warehouse over the years. Shame I can't justify £350 on the blue from Germany as I'd probably get it. Also it probably won't arrive in time for xmas anyway.

The point you have seemingly missed is that this is a public forum so it is aimed at everyone not just you even though you were quoted for context. You posted an expired deal and he mentioned another expired deal so neither are available now. But either one could be available again in the future so for someone interested in the Yoga Pro 3 both deals are potentially of interest.

I noticed the Yoga 3 Pro and it’s very similar spec wise to my Latitude 13 7350 with the main difference being the Dell is 1080P and cost me £466 with a 3 year onsite warranty and I added a docking station for another £40. You got a great deal though for sure and the 7350 is currently available for £562 for those interested.

Received the Gigabyte GTX 980 today. It's the G1 Gaming Edition Rev 1.1 and looks brand new. Includes box, manuals and all accessories including the blue tabs covering the inputs and PCI-E connector despite warehouse description stating item is missing accessories and may come repackaged.

Looks like whoever returned it was because it was too big for their case as the card is very long!

Works perfectly fine and has no coil whine!

Very happy to have got it for £273.

I just trying to tell you that it was as cheap for new instead of used just a couple of weeks ago on LENOVO website.
Amazon had always been costlier for LENOVO in my experience as invariably cheaper on LENOVO website or elsewhere.

Picked up a Parrott Bebop drone, reviews critise the battery life (about 10 mins) but its significantly cheaper than anywhere else, even second hand, and the wide angled lens which allows digital stability to be added is a clever solution to the lack of gimbal, all for less than half of a DJI and only slightly more than a GoPro Session

Delivery drivers, of the type employed by Amazon at minimum wage using their own car with high targets, are more likely to be after a Christmas bonus. Most of them will be out of a job in the new year anyway so have nothing to lose. Some Amazon boxes make it nice and easy too as you can just slip your hand down the side and open it with no signs anyone touched it.
stefcon1
21 Dec 15 2 #692
I'm sure there are but i find Amazon a bit like Ebay at times, where people pay more for second hand stuff than you can get it new if you shop around. Think people get caught up in the bidding process thinking they are getting a bargain.

Took delivery of my warehouse deals purchases today, and all seems good so far!

XFX Radeon R9 290 DD for £143. Was a risk as condition was not advertised, and although packaging had some small tears, the graphics card itself looked new, but had been tested (test sheet present) and resealed in antistatic bag. Have installed and ran a GPU stress test for 30 mins and no issues or problems seen.

Sony BDP-S5500 3D Blu-Ray Disc Player for £49. Advertised as "Like New", and could tell had been opened, but packaging was in good condition and DVD player and accessories looked unused. Have setup and everything working fine.

Datacopy 80gsm A4 Data Copy Paper White (5 Reams) for £12. Advertised as "Like New" but appears to be new. Box had some small scuff marks, but was undamaged and the 5 reams inside were new and unopened.

They often use multiple stickers from memory. I'm putting in a cashback claim on mine as I don't see it's an ethical issue as it's a customer return not second hand and if it's already been claimed it will be rejected.

Warehouse prices often move around a lot from experience. Earlier this year watched a DELL U3014 30" Premium TFT move down close to £400 and then saw it climb back to well over £500. Wished I'd pulled the trigger as 30" 2560x1600 is ideal for my eyes with no scaling.

Oh I don't doubt that very few minimum wage warehouse staff and drivers give a sh*t about how well they do their jobs, I suspect I wouldn't either. It just seems that delivery drivers, especially temps hired over Xmas, have more opportunity to steal customer's goods than warehouse staff.

My personal experience (having shipped 1,000's of items) is that with the exception of a few drivers (who can be brilliant) non of the staff give a **** and the worst of all are the depot staff.

Having said that, if I were paid what they were and had to work under the conditions some of them do then I probably would have the same frame of mind.

I think it's at the point of loading onto the van that the problems occur.
It could be the driver but it could also be the warehouse staff.
matt101101 to repouk
20 Dec 15 #656
When it comes to larger items, such as the person above's large screen TV, it would be very difficult for a member of the warehouse staff to fail to load it onto the van (having already managed to have it recorded as "out for delivery") and then sneak it out of the warehouse and to their car without being caught. The theft becomes much easier when you have a vehicle (i.e. a van) and work alone (like a van driver does).

It's thieving delivery drivers who are hired as temps over the Christmas period. How better to get Christmas presents for yourself and your family than steal stuff you're meant to be delivering, knowing Amazon will just refund the people you're stealing from?

As you say, it's practically impossible to misplace something as massive as the box which a 49" TV comes in, especially when it's already made it as far as a delivery van, which seems to be the stage when most items get "lost".

Seems like there are still a few good deals - but only worth it if you are after a specific item which is already cheap.
I had a look the other and the pricing was all over the place (some stuff more expensive than new!).
Other stuff is probably similar to ebay prices with the discount. Although you do have the advantage here of returning it without fuss - so better for high value items like TV, Cameras, Laptops.

These are a good pair of Sony headphones though: Sony MDR-1A

Bargain at that price and very comfortable. I would have bought a pair - but I have the small 'on ear' version and don't use them that much as it is.

Also some very cheap double din car stereos, look for Pioneer and Sony <£200

Order 2 of the Nexus 9 4G version which was listed at £316 but did not apply the 305 discount during checkout. Went on chat with customer service who asked me to order and then applied the 30% discount - £221 for a 4G Nexus tablet is a bargain .... assuming the item turns out OK. Item was listed as "very good" so lets see.

It's often the box with the actual camera being a fall back which seems the wrong way around!
In this case though:

"You will need to include electronically the UK serial number of the product, together with a copy of your original printed sales receipt to claim your Cashback. You will also need to upload an image of your Serial Number from the base of the camera unit."
simba2585
19 Dec 15 #595
Cool thanks.
Amazon have covered up the box numbers and barcodes but can still see through them...don't think there is a serial number on the box either.

Need to double check the cash back rules, hope no pics of the box are needed lol.

I think it's just pic of the product itself showing serial number sticker

Provided the original purchaser hasn't claimed it you should be fine as the full Amazon printable invoice makes no mention of it being Warehouse or used. You usually provide proof of a serial number via a photo of the box or item and the combination of the invoice plus photo is all you need.

they were about £82 each before the 15% came off, so about £70 after the discount, and with 30% off it makes them £57.50 each

but then I used some vouchers and a £7 promo code for buying amazon vouchers, and got £25 cashback from natiowide on their visa offer, so they will be £83 in total for the 2 if I can get the extra 15% back, although im happy with the £54 each they have actually cost me, but id be happier if they ended up costing £41.50 each :man:

I bought a Panasonic camera (tested and with no cosmetic imperfections) with 30% off last night. The net price was good but I notice that the invoice does not say the item is used. Yes, some things that don't come up in the special discount search-bar (you get when you click on the big red 30% banner on the warehouse deals home page) still qualify when you search regular warehouse deals using the method you state (or via the regular warehouse deals seach-bar). So a bit frustrating as you're forced into a pretty time consuming manual 'test' for each item you might be interested in. I'm finding it very well thought out on amazon's part though. Old generation stuff with recently bumped up warehouse deal prices (to levels they've not been for months or years) always have discount. Up to date stuff simply doesn't. Using Samsung phones as a recent example -
S6 = nada.
S4 set at a ridiculous used price it's not been for 18 months = bingo.

Seems people are having trouble working out which things are part of the deal. It's really not complicated. Just click on the banner on the Warehouse Deals page which will take you to Warehouse Deals Selection. Find what you are interested in, click on the 'Used' link by the price to take you to the Buying Choices page. Any eligible items will state '30% off' under the information in the Delivery column. Keep a fair few warehouse bits in my amazon basket (sometimes for months) waiting for worthwhile price drops (which warehouse deals seem to have gone very stingy with past 6 months). Can confirm first-hand therefore that prices have drifted up 20 to 25% on virtually everything (and it's an eclectic mix of stuff) in my basket seemingly in anticipation of these Christmas 'deals'. This is the case on both my German and UK Amazon baskets. Can concur with what other people are saying - this is more like 5 to 10% off what are not that great reductions for open box stuff with different return terms. Sure you might get a bargain if it's something you really want anyway, but not so hot as the 2000+ degrees temperature suggests.

Click the 'GET DEAL" link from OP's posting, then navigate from the left hand menu. Not all Amazon Warehouse deals are included in this. You can browse Amzon.de in Eng so much the same as the uk site. When it comes to other countries I get lost.

no-
you need to hit the link in the first post (or is it the second) from thereon, you have the departments on the left hand sside. Ensure your item is sold from the WAREHOUSE so its gonna be like 'used-good' used-like new etc. add it to basket, and then 'proceed to checkout'. if theres gonna be a DISCOUNT then it's gonna be applied BEFORE you pay,

I just ordered a Philips Saeco HD8841 bean-to-cup coffee machine from amazon.de for £177. Amazon.co.uk have it for £375.

That'll be a nice little upgrade to my existing Saeco HD8751, thanks OP!

Thanks op!

TIP: Anybody buying from foreign stores, use Revolut (app) to avoid exchange fee's from your bank. Always pay in EUR also.
Loubou to The_Hoff

Why is it better to buy in Euros? I have bought from the USA and European Amazons and paid in £. Is the rate better if you pay in Euros and use Revolut?

Taken from Amazon Warehouse page...

Do products come with a warranty?
No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by Amazon’s satisfaction guarantee.

18 Dec 15 #461
30 days is for returns the warranty unless changed recently is for 1 year minimum.
The Note 3 I bought from the Warehouse this year even shows as having a 2 year warranty when I look at my order history on Amazon so seemingly they automatically recognise that for Samsung phones!

I've just found the Sigma website sells the hoods for reasonable-ish prices (about £20 excl delivery). Will weigh up my options when I get it based on condition and how much used ones go for on ebay.

Ah seems they easily sell for £380 on ebay so £340 + a hood doesn't seem bad.

I bought an item from Amazon Warehouse deals a couple of weeks ago. It said 'used -like new'. When it came it was more 'used - very good' or 'used - good'. It had signs of usage on an accessory part and a piece of card missing from the accessory pack. I complained to Amazon and they gave it to me for half price. They knocked £81 off. It ended up being a right bargain. I paid £81 for an item that is usually £250. ;-)

The problem is the lead time with big manufacturers. They are designing these TV's 18 months in advance. So while you could pick up a TV box with the latest quad core many TV's were still on dual core chipsets that by launch were best part of 2 years behind.
They could use add on boards like they did with early plasmas but they want you to buy a new TV every 3 years so they have some turnover.

Just tested the 30% off - nothing was taken off through to checkout - on testing this on a ridiculously overpriced Logitech mouse which seemed more expensive than full price. As if the price had been INCREASED to have the "30%" take it back to the same level it had been originally

The thing is unless you're going to buy a tv that costs over £1000 it's going to have "lesser model" issues and omissions. You'd be very hard pressed to anything better than this for less than £600 let alone £400. I get what you're saying, but 4K still has 3 or 4 years to go before it gets into its stride and I usually start getting itchy feet for a new telly after 3 or 4 years anyway. At this moment in time this is a fantastic deal.

Does anyone know what categories it's against? A number of products aren't taking any discount off.

What have you guys snagged so far?

it's mostly stuff that doens't sell that well, or superceded by a newer model, for example none of the 4k tvs have this offer, i checked them all last night lol,

i bought this last night, and then cancelled today, thats probably why its now available

even at that price i couldn't justify it, it's only hd, these tv's will all hit rock bottom as 4k seems to have taken off, there are some issues with sony's implementation of android tv, some say the latest update fixes it, some say otherwise, picture quality not that good either from what i read, black crushing etc, banding, meh.....

Hi I've just bought a laptop and received £80 off thank you so much... It states 'Condition: Used - Very Good - Item is in original packaging, but packaging may come damaged. All purchases eligible for Amazon customer service and a 30-day return policy.'
Does this mean it is used and refurbished or likely to be a return? It's for my son for Christmas he's not bothered about packaging but wondering if it's likely to have any scratches etc? Thank you
kingchris to deejay22
18 Dec 15 #285
If the unit was scratched the details would say so. They will detail where the scratches are and on which face of the unit.

So provided the description is accurate the unit should be scratch free, just the packaging not perfect.

Luck of the draw but chances are will be fine. But inspect/test when you get it - if not - free returns.

It'll be a return, not a refurb.

I always buy from Warehouse if something I want is available there. Saved loads of money over the last couple of years.

Every Used - Very Good item I have bought has always looked like a brand new item.

There is cashback on this model so use the Full Invoice as it doesn't mention the Warehouse or that it's used. Cashback is £30.

I think I managed to get the only "like new" one left. Having that that a "very good" for £362 is absolutely brilliant. The reviews are really good too. Go for it. If you don't like it send it back!

It worked for me on one item, then I tried again with a couple more and it failed to apply the discount- a quick check of the terms says that everything needs to be on the same delivery schedule. Sorted that out, and the discount was back.

I found a few items that qualified, but I decided upon one, which is repackaged, but it doesn't seem to work. I am discussing this in chat now, I get the impression staff have not been informed of this offer, either that or it's some sort of bug
