Yes, I agree. My confirmation email says collect after noon tomorrow! Strange, I don't know why it's marked spam either (although HUKD did mark a posting of mine this morning as spam too!). It may be a price glitch on the B&Q website; but having seen another similar priced deal I think not!

Although the website is showing stock at the chosen store, I too get the message 'we don't have any' I agree the web site is extremely irritating as you enter all the details and it then says the product not available. Connected the lights up to test they were all working OK before sticking it in the loft for next year and the top section seems a bit hit and miss whether they come on or not, so need to wiggle the connector until they stay on. No way would I have paid full price, good for £15 though. Cheers OP

I ordered 2 one for my mum and one for me - got a phone call today to say 1 was in stock and they hoped the other would arrive tomorrow but if not they would refund me. This was in the Torquay branch.

Picked up tree this afternoon. Just finished putting together. Be prepared for loads of glitter coming off branches. Good value for the price. Ended up just using the top two sections as the three sections to tall for where I wanted to put the tree. Managed to hoover most of glitter but still bits stuck to my hands. Give floor another hoover tomorrow. Need to get some decorations for tree do that tomorrow.

Collected today, glittery to the extreme, dog now sparkly and kids and floor oh and rest of house, still it is Christmas

Picked mine up today.. A little bit glittery but fab for £15. My son loves it :smiley:

Thanks for posing this, picked mine up last night and put it up (sorry haven't got a photo handy) - for £15 this was an absolute steal! I must warn you, there is a ridiculous amount of glitter that comes off when setting it up so have your vacuum at the ready. Pretty happy with it once all the branches were fluffed out. No issues with the lights at all. Really easy and quick to set up! FAB!

The 7'6" one is HUGE - both in height and in width. my daughter lives in a modern house with relatively low ceilings and it won't fit in. She's had to go out and buy another one

Ordered one on Tuesday for home delivery. Just had B&Q on the phone telling me it's out of stock. Poor job :disappointed:

Confusion on pickup at Handforth Dean....trolley full but none for me! Fortunately they seemed to have an extra one which I snaffled up!
Sooo.....if you got there....and yours was missing....sorry but hey, ya snooze ya lose!!

I think the stores were overwhelmed with the sudden rush of orders as they didn't seem to have space to store all the trees at the usual collection point.
