Cold from me, this looks to be the tiny 300g tins so no real saving.

stopped buying Heinz a long time ago, most of them are like water and taste very artificial, as a couple of people say far better off making your own

Ideal for students. Buy the vegetable soup and fusilli pasta. Microwave soup and boil fusilli pasta and add together + slice of buttered bread and you got yourself a nice cheap student meal. I lived off this when i was at uni many years ago.

I also give stuff to foodbanks, I'm happy to talk about it, you can also do it in Scotland.

It actually works out to be 48 pence per tin if they were 400ml as opposed 300ml. As you can get six tins of Heinz tomato soup in Home Bargains for three pounds, it's horses for courses.

Yeah, cuz people who use them will probably be used to eating small sized portions. :man:

Translation: Look at me! Look at me! I buy food just to give it to foodbanks because I am such a charitable person. I don't like to talk about it though!

With current low vegetable prices you could make a similar quantity for a few quid, healthier too.

Normal tin is 400g youre right
Even so...
300/400 = 0.75 *50p =37.5p is what a 'deal' is in these then so still 1.5p cheaper per tin
Also i cannot actually eat a whole tin :disappointed:Your text here
Opening post
£18 for 50 tins = 36p per tin
Absolute bargain!
