I will second that . I'm having to go through my bank and trading standards to get a refund. .I've sent 2 email the first one the day the product arrived and they wanted me to send a picture of what was wrong with the product ?? . .. Same for my second time of filling out the return form and a month down the line in £40 out of pocket and having .. oh I also called the ' customer service ' to be spoken to rudly and told they only deal with eBay purchases. .. If it fit then you might get a bargain if doesn't then don't expect your money back . Fact .. I stuply ignored the warnings on here

Is this a private party or can anyone join bashing Zaavi? Here's my two pence worth....

The quality of their clothing is abysmal, I brought a 'parka jacket' which was apparently supposed to be an average parka, I received a coat with lining so thin only in the blazing sun would it keep me warm. To add insult to injury they then sent me vouchers to buy more of their clothing rubbish, needless to say I threw them in the bin.

That is all.

have'nt recieved my order since 20 days & no sign of refund
