I've been waiting for this offer to come back since they did it last year!
As part of their 8 Days of Christmas offer, for one day only get 5 free samples with any order at Clinique. These samples are high value, and there's lots to choose from. For example, the 10ml serum on offer is valued at £13 based on the £48 price tag for the 30ml bottle on the website.
I bought an eyebrow pencil that I was waiting to buy anyway for £14 and a bottom lash mascara that I swear by, for £13.50 on a separate order, but I'm sure there'll be cheaper things if you look.
SOLD OUT >> **Edit: pack of 2 cleansing cloths for just £6! http://m.clinique.co.uk/product/4323/37258/Just-Arrived/Take-the-Day-Off-Cleansing-Cloth--Pack-of-2 thanks clarabellecoww and rosanna2**
The samples you can choose from are:
Smart custom serum 10ml
Turnaround overnight moisturiser 8ml
Chubby stick mini in super strawberry
Foaming sonic facial soap 30ml (I think)
Sculptwear lift and contour serum 8ml
Liquid facial soap 30ml
Turnaround treatment oil 7ml
Moisture surge thirst relief 15ml
Aromatics white deluxe sample
All about eyes eye cream 5ml
It was 1am and I was rushing. I'm sorry if this mistake offends you. You're obviously VERY smart and have worked it out for yourself anyway

Spent an hour faffing about looking for stuff and realised that the samples are gradually changing so if you spot something you really want in the selection complete the checkout before it vanishes!
I've missed out on the mask sample I wanted but am still happy with the deal. Had to spend £17 on one item so in effect have got 6 items (1 full size and 5 samples) for less than £3 each.....can't argue with that!
Those who got the cloths for £6 and the samples are extra lucky!

Penny74
2 Dec 151#160
I had a great sample even though I was late to the game, but then they took it just b4 purchase :disappointed: . Still a great offer though and for a purchase under £20 its a good way to try some of the more expensive serums and such. Thanks PinkChick!

anyone know what the cheapest item is now the cloths have sold out? thanks
Penny74 to summer4827

Hi Summer, the cheapest items seem to be face soap or eye pencils and the like - £14 and up. It works well if you already use/need Clinique or want to try it.
Donkii
2 Dec 152#162
Its a deal because your getting something extra that you wouldnt normally get. From reading the posts on here a lot people do regularly use this brand, I know my wife does. So if I can buy her something she wants, while getting her some other stuff to try from a brand she likes its a good deal. The actual samples are a decent size and of a pretty high value considering they are free. You could argue that people buy a lot of stuff they see on here that they don't or normally wouldnt buy anyway.
nbgrobbo
2 Dec 151#163
I echo these comments precisely, it's mascara my wife uses anyway, I've not long had a 3rd operation on my spine, so shops are a real struggle, free delivery and freebies. This is a real deal for me. It may not be if someone does not use these cosmetics.

2 Dec 15#165

Did you get the cloths this morning?......I just placed a second order (for another £17 item) as the samples had all changed and I simply could not resist !!!!
The bigger 10ml serum sample had gone from the list (but got that in the first set of samples) but I got the mask in the second lot. That means the samples are being rotated which is a very clever marketing move.
I was dismayed that I missed the cloths but am relying on topcashback softening the blow slightly. This deal is better than Black Friday!

Thanks OP , I love the Clinique soap and decided to get the mini soaps as the large ones tend to go a bit manky after a while after being left out for so long as they last ages!
So these will last for ages and will have 2 fresh ones to use at home as am not going to use them for travel but as a little daily treat on the side of my wash hand basin , very pleased , but not many samples left and would have loved a chubbie!
Worth looking for the freebies in magazines to add to our collections too
P.S The sonic facial brush looks so good but is too pricey so I just treated myself to the Olay one on Amazon at around £16 for subscribe and save ( had £5 gift certificate so paid just over £10 ) with good reviews , so hopefully my winter skin will thank me for all this  lol

The samples list changes every now and again. I have seen the mini chubby stick come in and out of the list.....same with the 10ml Serum......same with the sculpture mask.
I don't know what the timing is for the change (every hour but not on the hour?) but some items have remained on the list all evening.
You might find the mini chubby is back before midnight but if it remains off the list don't feel too dismayed. I got one free on the front of a magazine and found there was so little product inside it more or less vanished in a very small period of time. The lipstick I got free lasted much longer.

Today's offer is nowhere near as good but there are more to come this week.
Only fly in the ointment for me is neither of my 2 orders have tracked at TCB. I always clear cookies before an order and every other order I have done over the cyber weekend was swiftly tracked but not these two.
Is it just that tracking takes longer at Clinique?

To be fair their comment wasn't exactly polite to begin with was it regarding vanity :smirk:
pinkchick1987
3 Dec 153#214
Actually the original poster was rude, coming on here to tell everyone that they were 'vain' for buying these items. If you don't have anything positive to say, don't say anything at all. Otherwise, expect to be told to 'jog on'

3 Dec 152#216
I suppose a lot of posters don't always grasp the concept of HUKD which is to give heat when a deal is good based on the deal on offer, rather than use it as a tool for their own subjective views.
For example, if a Jaguar XJS was being offered for £30,000 instead of £40,000 then you would expect it to deserve some heat. But if it turned out that they are always £30,000 then you might expect someone to notice and mark it is as cold.
But to give it "cold" because someone believes they are overpriced, gas guzzling, symbols of ostentatious wealth and vanity or because "what's wrong with a bike" is pointless because it is the DEAL you are voting on and not your subjective view of what the item constitutes.
Some people might think paying £15 for a bar of soap is vain but there's no need to vote the deal cold because of a subjective viewpoint, however valid that viewpoint is.
I am careful with my money (hence my dismay at still not getting my cashback tracked for my 2 orders) but this deal offered superb value for money for me as I will be getting 2 full size products and 10 very high quality samples for less than £3 each. And if the darn cashback tracked it would be even less

3 Dec 151#217
Good one bemad , I am just grateful I can AFFORD something like Clinique soaps after a good few years of struggling financially , yes I would still buy a good brand Poundshop skincare item , but it's nice to have a choice and it's lovely to be able to get some quality items , visit the hairdressers which I could not always afford to do and I feel fresher and perkier now and to me it is not a waste of money but an investment in YOURSELF  xx
I got my daughters a nice hairdryer , a professional straightening comb , a sonic facebrush and some really good titanium in car hair straighteners for Christmas each and I like getting them nice grooming products like that whereas others would say it was a waste of money one thing we can do is ''choose'' and if eg I find Molton Brown products a bit pricey I don't knock people who love their products and buy them as it is their choice ( and they do look SO good in the bathroom! ) x

You have to remember that everybody isn't the same and people will spend money on items that others will think are a waste of money etc,for example you have posted a deal for a coffee machine, others may say why spend money on that when you can buy cheap jars of coffee,it's all relative.
Same as I wouldn't spend hundreds of pounds on an expensive phone these days,it's not my thing :smirk:

I don't have to remember anything, probably best not to in this case! and to go to the lengths of looking at stuff I have posted is odd at best, and the coffee in the pods can cost as little as 10pence per cup so it bears no comparison to a £20 bar of soap compared too a 50p bar of soap and I don't plan on drinking soap. You do the maths as you must have a lot of time to waste on trying in vain to make some kind of non point .Have a lovely day
deb8z
5 Dec 151#240
Because it happens time and time again on this forum, someone is rude about peeps buying one product & they themselves are posting deals for phones, alcohol, gadgets etc etc which another person wouldn't buy such as myself.
You evidently are missing the point as it's all relative, good day to you too.
thomasleep
5 Dec 15#241
I was not rude, I believe that people who spend £20 on soap are vain it is an opinion shared by many others too. The rudeness started with comments like jog on, to which I responded with what I consider restraint. Anyway cut a long story short I use cheap soap and you use expensive soap, which I no way alters what is inside for both of us. I have tried what are ridiculously overpriced products (gifts) and found no discernible difference, so I will stick with the cheaper stuff and waste the money saved on something else(maybe overpriced coffee  ) ttfn

I had the dispatched email yesterday. It may depend on what you bought and availability. If they've had a run on the cheapest main purchase items perhaps they are being held up. After numerous phone calls, tracked my order to the shop (C&C) and it was about to be returned to Clinique. Went to pick it up and took 20mins to sort out the tracking etc. Clinique CS apologised to me via email but I've just seen that I am missing a sample too....Turnaround Overnight Revitalizing Moisturizer Mini. Opening post

Chubby stick mini in super strawberry
Foaming sonic facial soap 30ml (I think)
Sculptwear lift and contour serum 8ml
Liquid facial soap 30ml
Turnaround treatment oil 7ml

30ml is £48 - £10ml is £13?
Someone can't count, is it me?
Awesome deal. Thanks OP :innocent:
I hate flaming nit pickers!!!
Awesome deal. Thanks x
I've missed out on the mask sample I wanted but am still happy with the deal. Had to spend £17 on one item so in effect have got 6 items (1 full size and 5 samples) for less than £3 each.....can't argue with that!
Those who got the cloths for £6 and the samples are extra lucky!
guck it have some heat anyway.
They did remove one of my samples as I was purchasing it and got on to them via live chat. They added a note to put it back into my order but would be sent separate and could take up to 14 days for that.
Thanks so much to the OP for sharing this
Sorry but it is I who seems to have offended you. Apologies.
And for those who got in early with the cloths purchasing - they were doubly lucky.
The OP deserves our praise rather than someone splitting hairs about ml for ml value. Get your order in and smile and forget all about it.
I didn't realise people were quite so sensitive but hey ho.
I have vowed not to look again for fear of placing a 3rd order!
Thanks
So these will last for ages and will have 2 fresh ones to use at home as am not going to use them for travel but as a little daily treat on the side of my wash hand basin , very pleased , but not many samples left and would have loved a chubbie!
Worth looking for the freebies in magazines to add to our collections too
P.S The sonic facial brush looks so good but is too pricey so I just treated myself to the Olay one on Amazon at around £16 for subscribe and save ( had £5 gift certificate so paid just over £10 ) with good reviews , so hopefully my winter skin will thank me for all this  lol

Is it just that tracking takes longer at Clinique?
Christmas shopping pretty much all done now , just the son in law to buy for and that is IT and am determined to actually START SAVING next year so ''I must not look on here , I must not look on here.....''
I got my daughters a nice hairdryer , a professional straightening comb , a sonic facebrush and some really good titanium in car hair straighteners for Christmas each and I like getting them nice grooming products like that whereas others would say it was a waste of money one thing we can do is ''choose'' and if eg I find Molton Brown products a bit pricey I don't knock people who love their products and buy them as it is their choice ( and they do look SO good in the bathroom! ) x
So now my 12 items have worked out at about £2.50 each - and every single one of them is worth that to me.
Can't wait to receive them but looking at the order numbers (thousands apart) they had an absolute deluge on the day.
Great minds think alike NannyP
Same as I wouldn't spend hundreds of pounds on an expensive phone these days,it's not my thing :smirk:
Both my orders are in process but I was very late in the afternoon ordering my first order and early evening doing my second so I think they have 000s to process so am not too worried.
Just out of interest, do they use UPS or another courier?
You evidently are missing the point as it's all relative, good day to you too.
Am hoping it is just the website and not my account.
Thanks OP
I initially thought one of my freebies had been replaced with another item but what I expected in a silver box (smart range) is actually a grey bottle in a green box and so everything was 100% as I selected!
And defo check the tissue paper.....one of my freebies was safely wrapped up in there.
Once again FAB deal......thanks again to the OP.
if I'd ordered something other than the cloths maybe I would...
