With 3 pots sounds ideal for keeping previously cooked rice, noodles and curry sauce warm. Anyone else think that might work well?

I didn't before, but I do now you pointed it out. But I don't think they are the handles? Are they not the 'spoon rests' that are mentioned on the product page?

In the end we went for Co-op spiced apple juice. Sweet but nice :innocent:
There is also long heated brushed steel plates on the market that can work quite well, some of which are cordless as they take a charge. Those can work well with your own bowls and plates if its just for keeping food warm.
