Sadly didn't work for me as already had six month sub but heat for anyone else.
Actually I am getting the offer on my Nokia. Did not complete the purchase but only had to click buy. I was offered 91 days of free music. No app on windows 10 so not bothered

I didn't even get it pop up, wanted to switch 'back' since Spotify is terrible at offline syncing, when i went to sign up it said it was free!
