You will get £40 of Play Store credit. The same as other deals that are on PC World, Currys, etc.

£20 per chromecast, so £40 altogether.

It says valid for one £20 Google Play credit. But on the other bundles from PC World and Currys people have stated they've got £40.

Cheers, just states on page that you can only get £20 worth...
Coreydeals
6 Dec 15#5
Agreed. It is worded rather confusingly. It seems like they've mentioned the £20, but then decided to add another offer on to the end of the offer, rather than stating you'll get £20 per chromecast as well. As long as you register each of them between the stated dates it should add the promotional credits to your account.

It's per Chromecast; Google not the retailer supply the credit.
Just use a different G account per device, it's probably easier for them to say what they say, rather than explain properly.

The Tesco deal allowed you to use ClubCard boost, so is potentially a better deal if it returns if you have points to spend.

Tesco & Currys sell it for £25 each. Do the math. Makes a great Christmas pressie. I bought mine for 23 quid when Wuaki were doing a deal with the Max Max movie. :stuck_out_tongue:
Just came back from picking this up instore. It may list it still at the higher price on the shelf of £30, but if you mention it at the till about it being cheaper on their website, they'll charge you that amount. Apparently they haven't changed the pricing over instore yet.

Yes, it shows on the boxes also £20 each. Once registered it should add each of them to your account. I think where they have updated their website to match, they've forgot to include both vouchers.

I would prefer to buy £25 with £20 credit and buy 2 of those having £40 credit and spend £50, rather spend £40 and get just £20 credit. If you fancy 2 chromecasts. Cold for me.

I believe so. I haven't used mine yet, so I wouldn't be sure. From other comments on other deals similar to this I've heard people can buy anything, as long as it is from the playstore. So only digital content.

Just to add, I dont think this deal will be around too long e.g. will probably go out of stock or may pull the offer as maybe an error (similar to the Tesco deal from Friday)
So if looking to get this deal from another retailer best to do it now, alternatively just buy from John lewis and click and collect at Waitrose

I can't speak for the Chromecast video but with the Chromecast audio you can cast from chrome on a pc, the quality seemed questionable but I didn't look at any settings. On an android device using the prime music app there's no cast option built into the app but if you have an android version that has native cast support it casts OK that way.
I've not used it extensively, just briefly tested now with one song so I don't know if there are any issues...
If you have an iDevice, I don't know but probably not.
