Boring science time!
Looking at the weight of this it's listed as a quarter of a kilogram. The EC powerbank that was on here recently weighs 599 grammes. These things usually have lithium ion 186500 batteries inside. Lithium ion has 128 Watt hours per kilogram - assuming they were all made of battery, and are at usual lithium battery 3.6volts
The EC powerbank => 1000 * (0.599 * 128) / 3.6 = 21,297mAh - pretty close to the 22,400 it reckons
This one => 1000 * .250 * 128 / 3.6 = 8,888mAh. So basing it on that I think the stated capacity is a crock.

Do not use gearbest. They use Yodel, who stated they delivered a parcel whilst abroad (which they didnt). PayPal won't help because Gearbest have given a tracking number. Gearbest won't help either. £25 out of pocket. Be warned.

how on earth does a chinese company make it onto hukd? Their customer service is a joke, shipping time is a month and most of the stuff are fakes/clones. Yet that's okay with hukd to allow on here?
Voting cold as I've had a bad experience with this company and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Something as small as that is obviously not 20,000mah. Its more like 1800mah which means it is not worth the price so dont fall for it. Cold.

It's bigger than the 10,000mah Battery I have so while I am unsure if it's big enough to be a 20,000mah battery it's definitely much bigger than a 1800mah battery. My issue is the price, seems too good to be true, at this price you'd be lucky to get a decent quality 10,000mah battery let alone double that capacity. I'd avoid until reviews pop up to back up the claim.
Would be surprising if it turns out to be accurate, for less than a 1/10th of the price of the new apple battery, claiming to be more than 10 Times the capacity.

Did you get this sorted? I'm raised a charge back dispute with my credit card company and now Gearbest want to talk to me :wink: I'm confident I'll get a full refund.

I know and I've already tried. The tracking number on the 17track.net, shows no activity since the "parcel data received" stage and on the Yodel site it says "Sorry, we can’t find that parcel. Please try again."

Gearbest use Yodel from their EU warehouse, so try your tracking number on the yodel website.

Yeah. Like I said the tracking shows no activity since the "parcel data received" stage which was created on the 1st of November, no updates since then.
Will it be genuine in terms of capacity as they sell other ones similar price seems too cheap

There is no way that is a genuine capacity. You would need four or five high end 18650 cells to achieve this, and they cost as much or more per cell as this entire device does. Realistically they will be using the cheapest 18650 to get down to this price, so you can expect half the stated the capacity or less.

Gearbest deals are up voted on here with suspicious levels of regularity since HUKD relaxed the rules on posting non UK based items. I would suggest this is possibly one of the cheapest ways of setting fire to your house though.

I'd guess it's even less looks to me like it has 3x18650 cells, if we say each holds 2400mah that's only 7200mah. Having said that for 6.33 it's worth a punt.

Facing a similar problem after Yodel nicked my parcel from them. Dealing with credit card company now :disappointed:
Try slating Gearbest on their twitter feed and they might credit your account.

Having the exact same problem, ordered the mini PC that was posted here over a month ago on the 1st of November from the EU warehouse and haven't received anything despite getting an email saying I would receive it in approximately in 1-3 day. PayPal won't help as you said they supplied a tracking number which shows no activity since the order was created.

Couldnt agree more. I've bought 5 different multiple orders over Oct/Dec not one has arrived yet and 3 are still not dispatched. They say theyre waiting on stock.....! But if I am not happy they will give store credit, not my cash back though...store credit. So then I can order some other tat and wait on that not arriving either. Oh, and they pay for reviews as well. Wish I never bothered.

Will never use them again. Diabolical company. They promised a partial (40%) refund over a month ago, but just stopped responding to the support ticket.
