Gutted I missed the post with 20% off till 7.59am this morning. Went on the Disney Website on Tuesday as well and don't remember seeing it saying 20% off. Oh well full price to pay it is then

20% forget about it. I was in citadel near LAX the other month, 90% off everything in some stores. People getting off plane with suitcases and filling them up there. One women bought 50 pairs of shoes.

The stipulations of my coupon state "This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or vouchers as available by Disney at the time of use".

The 20% off was not a code, nor was it a voucher, therefore I fully expected it to work with the 20% off. Also there was no choice, so even if the 20% off T&C's stated "no other vouchers", I could not de-select it and use my code instead and therefore could not use the code on the day I was told and risked waiting and items going out of stock (which they did).

I bought something on BF and was sent the code as part of that promotion and told it could only be used 7th-24th December. So, I sit waiting until the 7th and when that day comes, I can't use it. I ordered with the 20% off and the deduction was £4.40 - I do not plan on buying anything else from them so the voucher is of zero use. I say they stink because they have effectively lured me into a purchase with a coupon that I was unable to use as per their dates and their T&C's.

BTW, for the record my discount came to £4.40, not my entire order - I knew the minimum spend for my £5.00 coupon was £5.01 - I'm not that dim.

I too hope I never run a big company, I'd have to put up with whingey timewasters such as your good self on a daily basis.

Not sure if it will work with the 20% but if you do the free 30 day trial of Disney Life & go to messages in the app you'll see (I assume everyone gets it) a message with a code for 10% off at Disney Store, worth a try if it bumps the discount to 30% off plus get a free month of Disney movies, tv shows, music etc, you'll even be able to clain a free game too.

Shame the £5 Black Friday coupon they sent me (that started on 7th) won't work so they took 20% off my order, which came to less than £5 and would not let me use my coupon. The way DS do business absolutely stinks.

I don't like voting cold on what is clearly a good deal, but on 'selected' items only. It is not everything and I'm wanting Elite Series. :disappointed:

I would advise to make sure you order the right size (as items I ordered was bigger than expected) or item as returning is very frustrating as you have to wait approximately 2 weeks using myHermes for items to be sent back to Disney Store before they send a replacement.

Especially as I have heard myHermes are having trouble with deliveries. I would not mind if I was able to collect from the stores.

I did ask if I could return to store but they said as they dont supply the item in store I would have to re-order online but have to pay for delivery.

Ooh. I love Disney. I think I am going to be buying some stuff tomorrow.

I put things in my basket last night, that are already on offer, like the Inside Out mugs and lip balms and they did come up with an extra 20% off, over the sale price.
