Cheapest by distance, the next best is £2.5 @ Sainsbury's I think. In fact no other 1ltr. pure coconut water comes closer, happy to be proved wrong.

This one tastes a bit like balloons to me.
(No idea why I'm such an expert on the specific flavour of balloons btw....)

I seldom drink fizzy drinks because of the chemicals and seriously high refined sugar content, the only time I do is when I'll have some mixed with alcohol - probably only a few times in a year!
Apart from that, smoothies, fruit juices, nut waters - all in moderation - and of course lots of water.
Coca-cola
Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Sugar, Colour (Caramel E150d), Phosphoric Acid, Natural Flavourings Including Caffeine.
Sugars per 100ml: 10.6g
Innocent Coconut Water
Ingredients: 100% pure coconut water
Sugars per 100ml: 3.4g of naturally occurring sugar
No brainer really....

When someone is far from reality there is no point in debating, just trying to be critical of what you have written. The bottom line is I would take coconut water every time over those harmful spurious fizzy drinks.

Do you believe everything you read on the Internet? :stuck_out_tongue:
For example, to paraphrase one comment: "They use cheap awful, bleached white processed sugar, which spikes insulin, instead of organic cane sugar."
1. Sugar is sugar.
2. Because sugar is sugar, your body treats it all the same way and it will cause insulin spikes regardless if it's from from a "toxic" Pepsi or a hand-reared purebred organic sugar cane.
One of the articles insinuates E330/citric acid is bad for you ("preserving blood") when it is naturally present in many foods such as oranges.
The organic industry is also worth billions and using obvious misinformation which targets the ignorance of the general public and a fear of "chemicals" is wrong too.
Of course coke/Pepsi/soda/alcohol isn't ideal for you but to claim it is toxic based on a few random websites that are just trying to sell things is a bit much.
Just try to be critical of everything you read.
100% pure, natural......with added sugar and vitamin C?
"Aritificially made toxic drinks"? What's toxic about them? :stuck_out_tongue:

It's delicious!! The others have added fruit juices to make them sweeter, to me it just makes them way too sickly and I often struggle to drink them. Can't beat the taste of actual coconut water!

Decent price but I much prefer the innocent coconut water as unlike vita coco and Asda's own it's 100% coconut water.

Agreed and the taste of the innocent really is in a league of its own

You're wrong but I have to like that just for the choice of comparison.

its a good price, studied prices vigorously for my wedding at sub £2 is good, £1.20-50 is a bargain.

This stuff has been going out of Sainsburys warehouses like mad so expect a price reduction soon.

Always been this price just to add. Treat myself occasionally but I always drink it in a single day :disappointed:

Wouldn't call it a "deal" though as it's always that price at Aldi
This is one of very few Coconut water options which are not from concentrate, claimed to be 100% pure natural.
Great drink, much better than artificially made toxic drinks like starting from 'C' or from 'P'.
