the x series business class had/has a 5 year warranty
"equivalent" would be x110

Right click on the "Buy" button for the deal and save as a bookmark...I've used that bookmark to buy as late as 4pm next day :smiley:

True. I had a quick look around as to what the advantage is of this "business" class drive. Best I can tell it's actually just a common or garden budget SSD. It's endurance level is nothing special, it's still MLC based NAND I don't see any particularly desirable features.
But it's cheap.If outright performance isn't critical so if you want a drive to use as an embedded or cache drive for something like FreeNAS then it would suffice. That write speed is still enough to cope with a saturate gigabit connection so while I wouldn't use this as my boot drive on my main pc, I see a use for it where it's worth saving money over a faster though lower capacity 120gb drive.
