The points equate to circa 5p a litre

Op should write that you need to load the offer onto your card. There may be other ways to do it but I used the android app!

I still have not received my extra points for the last fuel offer that I loaded to my card (not the current one offering 100 points for 2 x fuel top-ups) in October. I think the offer was for around 300 points for 2 visits to top up fuel - I've called customer services and the man that I spoke to did not know about the offer. Can anybody actually remember how many points was offered for this offer - I think it ran out in October/early November? Thank you.

I went to Homebase on Sunday to get the 750 bonus points for a valid purchase. I wasn't sure if there was a minimum spend or not, so I just bought a candle for £1, however, today I noticed that I have been given the 750 bonus points so very happy with that.

Just realised, there are two offers for fuel at the moment - one for 100 points for 2 visits, and the other stated above, for 10x nectar points on fuel - are you able to combine these offers, ie, if loaded to my card and I make two visits, will I get both lots of points or just one? Thank you.

Note the last sentence of the Ts & Cs - "Only original email recipients qualify."

Although I've added it to my card, it's possible I won't get the additional points as I didn't receive this email. :-(

Ooft, the Nectar site is an abomination today.

So annoying it's just for the weekend. The Sainsbury's near my work has a station and is literally round the corner; the nearst to my house over the weekend is a 7 mile round trip that will take me approx 40 minutes making it seem rather pointless for the £4 I would get in Nectar points :disappointed:

I loaded this offer earlier this week BUT it did not appear when I filled up yesterday - either on the receipt or the Nectar website (both show 1x normal points!)

"Live chat" with Nectar said the points would be added within 28 days of I had registered - but, annoyingly, they seemed unable to see if the offer was active on my card as it should have been! :confused:

Googling says that [email protected] should work but that you have to include the card number AND DOB in the email as a security check.

Loaded to my card a couple of days ago (or so it appeared) but after doing a shop this evening checked my nectar app and it said it wasn't loaded :disappointed:

I loaded the deal to my card just after receiving the email and seeing the deal here. Earlier today I shopped in Sainsbury's and filled up with fuel.

After seeing some of the responses on this thread, I then checked my Nectar account online and saw the deal hadn't remained loaded, so I immediately loaded it again, but realised that probably wouldn't help.

I got on to the live chat with Nectar and explained that although I had loaded the deal to my card, it hadn't remained loaded. I told them that I had read on a forum that others had had the same problem. I told them I had loaded it again, but after shopping.

The chat rep then told me that I would have to repeat the transactions to get the points - naturally I told them it was their fault that the deal wasn't loaded & it wouldn't have been possible to repeat the transactions anyway - Sainsbury's was closed and my car was full to the brim!

The chat rep then told me to chat live again after 48 hours and the points would be loaded to my card.

I also check it was loaded before leaving to do a shop and refuel . loaded ok
still nothing on my account activity - 28 days is ridiculous, especially for the fuel - no conflicting offers for them to check.

I never got my points, did online chat with them earlier this morning, they said they would go on 28 days after the offer expiry. Told them it is already over 28 days so they added them, said it would take 24 hours but it's already showing in my account.
