UPDATE: They have changed some bundles so only one code will work at a time. Just try the different codes and see which works out cheapest for you. They obviously realised "HAMPERS" was being automatically applied when it shouldn't be (from their point of view!)
Lots of Thorntons Chocolate Hampers are now HALF PRICE for 24 hours!
Discount Codes against everything:
20% off = “XMAS20” until 9am on Monday 21st
21% off = “XMVC21”
Some hampers don't auto-discount - use "HAMPERS" for 50% off. (Cannot be used in conjunction with the 20/21% codes)
Don't forget 12% QUIDCO cashback when a voucher code is used!
FREE DELIVERY when the original order total is over £35. Otherwise £4 delivery.
£120 Christmas Gift Sharing Hamper NOW £60 + FREE P&P (+£7.20 quidco)

Thorntons Chocolate boxes are like Philips
Shavers. The so called RRP is usually three
times what they eventually sell for.
Aldi do a great box of eighteen dark, milk &
plain chocs for the silly price of £1.49. The
quality is excellent.

Mine arrived yesterday the bottom of the box had no tape on it & had burst. The inner box containing the hamper box was OK but the extras I'd ordered were missing & the decorative hamper box was ripped & creased completely trashed.
I emailed & they've sent replacements out I'm hoping they've resent the whole order which would be a result & I'll be hugely impressed hopefully they haven't just sent 3 bags/bars that were missing & an empty box.
We shall see its due here tomorrow I think

Thorntons rrp is like dfs...you would be crazy to ever buy it at full price. They are always on offer at the large supermarkets...add to that this chocolate is nearly at its sell by date not much of a deal. Cold.

it's chocolate it's a best before, not a use by store it somewhere cool & dry if necessary it'll be fine, worst thing that happens I'd you end up with a slight white waxy coating but just ignore that & eat em anyway

Dobbies Farm Foodhalls have the large box of Thorntons for £5.99 and the small bags for £1. I got a small hamper made up and it was lovely and only cost me £15 - consisted of the large box of chocs plus 6 bags of the chocolates plus £3 for the hamper box/packaging

I used to buy Thornton's as Christmas presents for my customers. I never realised how awful they have become, until I received one as a present. Never again. The chocolate is not what it used to be and I consider it to be inferior chocolate, no matter how much it costs.
Good post but be VERY CAREFUL! To make your order over £35 for free delivery you may opt for some of the 3 for 2 deals. If you choose 3 cheapest items eg. Lollies @ 3for2 @ 95p each you are still under the £35 limit and you may opt for 3 more expensive items. You will only get the cheaper items knocked off. Eg I bought 3 lollies @ 95 peach and 3 capuchino choc bags @£1.50 each but was charged for 3 capuchino bags and 1 lolly - making 6 in all but paying for all the dearer items first. Not a lot in it for me but could be if you bought more expensive items.

Yes this does happen but remember you dont need to add additional items to get free delivery as long as the cost of the hamper is at least £35 before you apply the discount code.

The Christmas gift sharing hamper is £60 not £47.40 as you need to use the 'hampers' code to get it half price so you can't use the 20/21% codes as well.

Lottiesmum
16 Dec 152#26
Should work does for me. Just add the £40 hamper then the code to make it £31.60 then go through to checkout and it should say free delivery. It might say £4 on the left of the order for some reason but if you look at the costing it should say free delivery.

The 1/2 price value needs to be over £35, but the -21% can bring it to under £35.
Lottiesmum
16 Dec 15#19
You don't actually need to spend £35 to get free delivery as long as the item is at least £35 before you add the discount code then delivery will be free.
