Or if you cant get out its the standard rrp £15.99 on the eshop as a download which is still pretty reasonable considering the digital/physical pricing discrepancy that usually applies.

I was answering a question, and I answered it factually. I helped clear up the confusion about why people were complaining about the Nintendo Selects information not being posted - it's nothing to do with the software, and everything to do with the deal post.
What have you done to help clear up the confusion you caused? You've taken the time to criticise me, but not to fix the problem you caused.
So, yes, there is always one. This time it's you.

No difference whatsoever, only the case art is different. Its a good price! Why pay £25 for exactly the same thing but just because its not in the 'Nintendo Selects' case? Bonkers.

Misleading title, voted cold.
Selects versions are always cheaper.

Fact is its a Nintendo Selections packaged game, and it would have took 2 secs to post or amend the deal post. That info really should be put on and misleading info should never be encouraged as it effects peoples purchase decisions.
How this is hot I quite clear. People have been misled. They think they are giving the normal packaged version the HEAT, when it is in fact the Selects version at its RRP, and the price it has always been, and can be bought at loads of places. This deal should really be removed.
PS COLD!

No difference in the software, I don't think. It's just rebranding of 'greatest hits' titles at a lower price point. That 'budget' branding may in practice mean a lower potential resale value, but really you're paying 13.85 for a console game so it's hardly an investment.
The image used on this deal does not contain the 'Nintendo Selects' crown, so could be seen as misleading. The title does not contain Nintendo Selects information either. This may lead people that this is a particularly good deal at retail, if they are unaware of either the Nintendo Selects branding, or that this game has now been released under that branding.
So the problem, if there is one, isn't with the item, it's with this deal! :P

Not saying it is currently, was just saying it has been at several places and certainly will be again especially nearing Xmas.
That said, it's £13.95 from Base via Rakuten so if you have superpoints (as many will from the recent points boost deals, which have mostly been credited now) or can find a working code, could be a big saving.
