Would be lucky to receive the correct item from Zavvi and not damaged. Orders will arrive next day or maybe never.
I continue to use them to purchase steelbooks because i'm an avid collector and cannot help myself with those darn exclusives but find that around 1 in 3 will be damaged due to poor packaging or not sent at all. I expect this now and worry about the next fight with them. Sometimes I receive the wrong item completely and sometimes it is worth more than the one i ordered lol but most of the time not but my point is they are a mess. I will need to follow up missing items and it is never straight forward, they wont listen, they repeat themselves and tell you to re-order despite not receiving an item you have already paid for .. Crazy. I have spent way over a grand with them and they don't acknowledge repeat custom or care for it. They are rude in this sense.
They are like speaking to an automated answer machine, when you need help from them and they have no reasoning. They are an outlet who pick and send and pretty badly and have no customer service. Very hit and miss as most things I order arrive in good condition despite the packaging.
This is just my ongoing experience, i do still use them but I would not purchase an expensive item from them and if I could get certain exclusives somewhere else, I would.

Just ordered one of these bad boys as it said it's currently in stock and usually dispatches within 24 hours! I just pray it arrives by Friday... Hooray! I'm next gen ready ahead of Fallout 4!

Ordered one of these on the 25th. Enquired when it would be dispatched only to be told that they were on "special order" and didn't actually have it in stock and would let me know when it becomes available!! BEWARE. Get it from Argos instead!
