Sorry it said twenty pound on the shelf at asda but checked my receipt but was charged £23. Damn wrong shelf pricing. Did not mean to be misleading

Why would you even suggest buying 4 bottles for £68???
I've only gone and fallen into your trap.....

I know you can't go back in time, but just 2/3 days ago it was £20 off £60 spend, plus another £5 off with a marketing opt-in 'trick', plus £6 Topcashback tracked. Will end up having paid £35 for 3 bottles, so £11.67 a bottle. My absolute favorite, and this price is still very good, but so recently so much better.

This is delicious stuff.. if you're a JD drinker and think that that's what bourbon tastes like, you could do worse than acquire the taste of this with a couple of ice cubes. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Hot deal OP! Heat added.

JD is like swill compared to any of the decent bourbons out there. Four Roses (even better their single barrel) or Wild Turkey my favourites, not tried Woodford yet.

At risk of creating a bourbon collection here, must resist.

2 oz of this, 4 oz of fresh lemon and 2 ice cubes. Top off with a little club soda!
Its almost BOGOF at this price. Wish that voucher they sent out was still valid. Heat added.

3 may be a bit much if he's never had it, what if he doesn't like it? Could they do for Christmas gifts if not? I imagine once he tries it the same way he would normally drink JD he'll be keeping them tho, far superior.

I think this is a lot smoother taste than JD

I thought that but need to do £60 min. He likes the gentleman jack and another type i keep seeing in minature sets so if this is similar he should like it. Thanks

Woodford is great, for an extra £3 (and a trip to M&S) Elijah Craig is the best bourbon I've tried so far.

sorry can't agree with you on that. Wild Turkey is rough as a bag of spanners, knocking JD is the first step for a bourbon enthusiast wannabe, but in reality it's actually a very decent entry level tipple.
Agree with you 100% about Four Roses though, their standard Yellow Label is fantastic value, and their Small Batch is my favourite bourbon.
Didn't mind the Woodford Reserve, but (and am repeating myself here) for the price I'd still go for Buffalo Trace

I'm with you regarding Buffalo Trace - especially when on offer. Tried Rowan's Creek last month and its VERY tasty, but fairly pricey.
