It's usually my local store that does that. I watched them whisk away the baby trikes when other stores reduced them :disappointed:.

When I worked for Tesco they had boxes and boxes of costumes in the canteen and told us to help ourselves when I asked why not give then to charity they said they couldn't because they had tags on them and told us what we didn't take was going into the incinerator I filled two black bags and sold them on ebay  and ones I didn't sell I gave to charity just pulled the tags off

Next year? Are these hats not suitable for day to day use? So hard to find a good one these days.

FYI most charity shops will gladly sell clothes with tags on (for a higher price in fact).

I have worked for a charity store also and they wouldn't sell items still with tags but it was Tesco who wouldn't give it to charity with the tags it must be some sort of policy they have with the resale of there goods I never asked for details.
