It's kind of weird. Go to the top right where you see your profile picture and in the drop down click on "Custom Tab Settings".
Show These Forums should all be ticked, as well as Show These Topics. Leave the merchant line blank or you'll narrow your search too much.
Scroll down to the bit that says "SHOW ONLY THESE TAGS". I have the following tags in there:
Playstation, PS4, Playstation 4, PS4 Console, Playstation 4 Console
Then underneath that tick available online, available offline and view active. Leave the temperature threshold blank because you want to get a notification as soon as a deal is posted.
Now you need to click the first save button.
Then once that's saved, go back down the page and make sure "Send Alerts via e-mail" is ticked, optionally the group one is on for me as well. Now click the save button below that.
You should now get e-mail alerts as soon as deals go up, provided people tag them.
I get 95% of all PS4 deals that pass through here. You'll also get notifications of all the games as they're typically tagged with PS4, so you get a good feel after a week or so of what the value of certain things are.

Added some tags so that people with email alerts will get notified.
Not a bad price, but I think some people will be trigger shy with it being Amazon Germany and black Friday around the corner.
