My friend hyped these up after that Zombie land movie. So he bought me one from cyber candy and yeah... Probably the worst treat I've tasted.
It's like one of those 14p vanilla Swiss roll without the jam and then coasted in a horrible syrup.
6 for a quid is a good deal on these over priced things. But I still wouldn't recommend.

Saw them 99p for ten in home bargains, Scunthorpe. So bargain if you like them.

Store specific offer. Probably very short shelf life.
Usual Home Bargains price is 99p for a twin pack, or £2.99 for the 10 pack (where stocked)

Not a fan of them, too artificial tasting. Cheap compared to normal though for those who do like them

So, roughly the same price ea. as a supermarket doughnut.
I'd take the doughnut 100% of the time.

Maybe it's just me but I find most American sweets to be god awful, but had to vote hot as these are dead expensive in Tesco.

These taste absolutely disgusting. Like plasticised sponge cake full of grease, with the worst fake "creme" in the middle. Really dreadful. Why anyone would pay good money for them, I cannot fathom.
I can't get over people buying oreos either though. Like a rock hard, less tasty bourbon and bourbons are pretty rubbish! The UK beat the US hands down with biscuits, let's stick to our own :stuck_out_tongue:

So well put. Having heard them mentioned so many times in movies I had to try them when I first went to U.S.A., what a terrible experience. Urghh. American biscuits and confectionery - rubbish. On the other hand a Bloomin' Onion and a 10oz N.Y Strip is my idea of Heaven.

I couldn't have put it better.... I don't understand the love of Oreos or this.

American sweets are God awful. I cleared a shelf of all sorts at Tesco when it was closing down. I can understand if your american & these will remind you of home. But most people who buy them here at huge mark ups here in the uk are just morons

HOT! There £7 for 10 in Tesco. Personally love the taste of them.
Only that price in tesco because if you check the boxes they all expire first week of december.
Are these even the proper US ones? so many claimed to be US are not they end up being produced in EU or UK and taste nasty (prime example Lucky Charms)

It's blooming annoying I waited 40 years to try one of those. They used to be advertised in Marvel comics back in the 70's and they seemed heavenly to me back as a 9 year old. Last week I found them for sale in my local shopping centre in one of those shops selling old fashioned sweets and American imports. They were for sale at £1 each which was a ridiculous price but I had to try it after all those years. They are over sweet and bland. Worse still I found a box of 12 in my local Home Bargains the next day for £2.99.

Was in America a few weeks ago and seen these, thought I'd have to try them as they appear in many movies and TV shows. WARNING: They are disgusting.

I predict that all stores stocking them will reduce the price in the not too distant future. The stock in the UK seems to be sitting on the shelves - too sweet for even us Brits.

Which ones?
The ones you say were in the Muswell Hill 99p store?
Or the ones I was replying about @ B&M in Scunthorpe?
Or perhaps just a mix up over which user ID you used??? :sunglasses:
