I don't think it's free returns. On my first and last order from this company, my returned order label included a fee of £3.50 which was taken off my refund

I order 2 as it's free returns. Sizing on this is the total. Opposite. I'm. Usually M nicely fitted. But M in this is pretty big and seems like it'll give more. So. I'll probably be sending these back and might order an S. It does look very decent, but I'm just thinking now, acrylic???

Arrived. Good coat. Stitching a little bit wavy in places but that's it. Ordered a medium and was a bit concerned as I drift between m and L. Glad I ordered M, very generous size, fits nicely.
