Yes it's very similar. You simply add the items to your basket. Click on the clipboard icon at the top right. Check everything is correct then click the three dots again top right and select snap receipt. You will then need to take a picture of your receipt, redeem cashback and send... :laughing:

Batchelors Cup a Soup Creamy Leek & Potato barcode was identified as wrong product in Sainsbury's today. No idea why: it was the correct product. Anyone else found this?

I had problems with this item as well. It initially recognised the L&P, but then didn't go to scan receipt, but back to scan barcode, I tried scanning barcode again and it then said not recognised?
On checking the picture again there is a small symbol never seen before and when I clicked on it 2 windows popup the first one says "Product Set for Offer Batchelors Cup a Soup x 4 (110g) Chicken & Vegetable with Croutons - 21/1/15" at the top of the screen and at the second popup at bottom says "Batchelors Cup a Soup Creamy Leek & Potato (4 per pack - 107g). What is going as first bit is well out of date on and I cannot progress past the first bit as it wants me to scan a second bardcode, the L&P is then not recognised and it shows 2 items in list.

Was gutted- lost my receipt with shopitize purchases on last week :disappointed: am still searching for the popcorn, but confident will find it :smiley: definitely Lettuce, beans, milk, chicken tonight for me, for starters. The Chicken Tonight is on my coupons on Nectar card, may be account specific, but worth a check on yours :smiley:

Just noticed this post from Shopitize when I went on Facebook, hopefully the glitch they refer to is the problem experienced, but I can't check until I get home as soup and receipt at home.

Anyone know if with shopitize you can photograph two receipts to get 1 offer? I.e. Buy one 25g portlebay popcorn in one boots meal deal (£1 O2) on Monday and another pack of popcorn on another receipt and then claim £1.

Normally when you upload a receipt and there are no issues the cash back is confirmed within a few minutes. But this new system says that a receipt may automatically set to 'under review' for double checking, so it may take a few days before it is confirmed... :laughing:

Oooo I'm not very good at this. I've added it to my "basket" on mysupermarket... click on the clipboard at top right, then it takes me to a page that says "<-- My List (1)" at the top left, and top right is a magnifying glass. Under those it says "browse" or "search" or "scan".... I chose "scan", and scanned the barcode. All happy there... but now what.
I can change the shop (bottom left), or select to buy at Sainsburys, but that's to buy it online - not scan a shop I did. At the moment it says "Sainsburys £1.65 (50p cashback) 2 Cheaper stores", and that seems to refer to when you click Sainsburys it offers other shops, Tesco and Morrisons are cheaper (both say "Save 65p") then Sainsburys says "Order Online" or you can switch to Asda/Boots/Superdrug etc.
I don't see where you can enter your details that you've bought it elsewhere. Is it different on my phone perhaps...

Nah I'm clueless. It says the "50p cashback" on my mobile, but no idea how to claim it. Tried the page on the site (http://help.mysupermarket.co.uk/index.php/knowledgebase/how-do-i-earn-cashback/) but I'm no clearer at what I'm missing. There's nowhere to claim it... it's just offering places to buy it online. I don't want to buy it online.. argle. Me and technology are having a bad day. Time for a cuppa I think.
